How sad. How tragic. I don’t know how people get through such accidents except through God’s grace.
The family is in my prayers.
Prayers for God’s blessings on all.
Oh, my goodness! God Bless Wade, and comfort him, and his and his wife’s families.

I call on you give the family the strength and understanding of this terrible event.
Oh, Lord, we praise your holy name and give you all glory. Thank you that we can come together in prayer by the Internet. Thank you that there is no distance in the spiritual realm. Thank you that we can come before you in confidence that you love us and will answer our prayers. Dearest Lord God, we lift up Wade at this terrible time. Please hold him and the rest of the family close and knit their broken hearts back together. Please help them to draw closer to you and to see your hand in this eventually. We love you and praise you for your lovingkindness. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray. Amen.
Prayers up.
Prayers for all. God bless and be with each one as they mourn their loss.
PRAYER UPDATE:
“Dom, Sorry so late on this update. I would like to offer a very sincere thank you to you and the Cyber Flock for their prayers and spiritual support during our family tragedy. Besides my Sister-in-law and niece, a young lady named Wendy (25) perished in the flaming crash. A family friend and local pastor, Bob Barnum performed the funeral service. His message was right on target. A solid salvation message for all to hear. In all my years and the various funerals I have attended as a Marine and private citizen, this was by far the most impressive in sheer numbers. My brother, Wade and wife Rebecca were members of the local Volunteer Fire Department and Ladys Aux. They both had worked various jobs in the local economy and was well known by almost everyone in three villages. Brittany (14) had just moved from one school system to a neighboring system about 1.5 years ago. Both schools shut down to allow students to attend the funeral. Many heard the Gospel message. The seed has been planted. The youngest and lone survivor, Elizabeth (11) is doing well so far. She has vivid memories of the horrific event. Continue praying that, through proper counseling, she isnt given over to nightmares. It has not been the case thus far, praise the Lord. A third daughter Cassandra (16) was not with mom and her sisters the night of the accident. She, however, is having a very difficult time. Wade has a large family for support and a very broad base of friends. He tells me that his first mission is to bring some semblance of normalcy to the lives of his remaining daughters. Both Wade and Becky had attended Bobs church in the past and made a profession of faith and were baptized. All the girls attended Sunday School and Childrens Church there as well. I am unsure of their status as they struggled as we all do and fell out of fellowship. It has been years since any of them have attended church services regularly. I know they were under continual conviction by the Holy Spirit as all children of God are, when walking in disobedience. I am so grateful that salvation isnt registered by how faithful I have been, but by the faithfulness of a Sovereign whos love sent His only begotten. Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen, and thank you.
Brother Joe”
please continue to hold this family in parayer.
SOLI DEO GLORIA!
Very special prayers going up!!!
Reminds me of the story that inspired this great hymn:
When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,
when sorrows like sea billows roll;
whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say,
It is well, it is well with my soul.
Refrain:
It is well with my soul,
it is well, it is well with my soul.
2. Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,
let this blest assurance control,
that Christ has regarded my helpless estate,
and hath shed his own blood for my soul.
(Refrain)
3. My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole,
is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
(Refrain)
4. And, Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight,
the clouds be rolled back as a scroll;
the trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend,
even so, it is well with my soul.
(Refrain)
