An Overview of Day-Age's Errors
by Larry Vardiman, Ph.D.

The basis of the day-age interpretation of long ages rests on a flawed understanding of the use of the word yom in Genesis 1 and 2. Here, I will discuss briefly the theory's five main errors...

James Hutton was an 18th century geologist who theorized that the Earth was not thousands, but at least millions, and possibly billions of years old. He’s considered “the father of modern geology”, and his work pre-dates Darwin’s by several decades.

If he’s burning in Hell it’s because he died without accepting Christ’s atonement for his sin. I’m sure his religious writings have convinced others to reject the Gospel and damned themselves to Hell. It’s foolish to put your faith in men and ignore God.

There’s no reason to accept Christ’s atonement if you don’t believe His Word.
