I don’t know about that but it is a way for big brother to keep tabs on you more than he can now. In the movie Minority Report there is a scene where Cruise is walking in a mall area and eye scanners pick up his eye and ID’s him and personalize all advertisements to his name. IT is coming.
Not to mention he is constantly followed by the government.

If you think they don’t keep tabs in you if you own a satellite dish they can detect what shows you are watching and when. They also have records of every website you visit and email you send. Yes I am a conspiracy theorist.

That's an awful lot of information for them to record...several thousand gigabytes of information from each person, multiplied by 200 million people actively engaged in Internet use...WHEW! That amount of information would be nigh IMPOSSIBLE to sift through...

I don’t think we will have a choice. Seriously they will do it little by little and make it so difficult to live “without” whatever they use to keep an eye on you. For example, cell phones would be the best way to get information right now. All they have to do is add a little additional techology and they will have your every move known. Another is the car which is almost already “big brother” detected. I just believe that the mark may come in increments. We already do all our banking by a bank card. What next? A little dime size chip that goes under the skin. The populus will find out that you need this to buy anything. I know the military would make it mandatory. lol.
You won't be able to buy or sell, or hold a job. You do know that don't you? How are you going to be able to stand it when your kids get hungry and you don't have any food because you didn't take the mark? Could you, as a parent, stand there and watch your children hungry and crying?

The rationale of having a number:
Imagine no need to carry credit cared, cash, behold a cashless society! No more credit card fraud. No worry in case your child is missing. Claim that you can track down terrorists, etc.

I have some reservation that Obama is the AntiChrist, like some people claim. I could be wrong. They both are great orators, and deceivers. They both WOW the world is frightening! I got to admit Obama is the CLOSEST world figure which resembles the description of the biblical Anti-Christ. He is a CLEAR, great example or a type of the future Anti-Christ (false Christ), the way he could sway & mesmerizes the masses, conditioning them to accept change.

My best research is done on the identity of political Babylon in Revelation chapter 18. Read it & guess which major city in the world fit best this description of a prosperous and city, with a sea port, center of commerce, etc.
I could only think of one city. Babylon will be kind of the center of the seat of power of the Anti-Christ domain.
