The GREAT PROPHET MOHAMMED was mentioned by name in the forgotten gospel of Barnabas, who was one of the disciples of THE GREAT PROPHET JESUS CHRIST.
The gospel is here: www.barnabas.net/
in the aforementioned site, make a search for the word "mohammed".
heres a sample: from part 97
Then said the priest: `How shall the Messiah be called, and what sign shall reveal his coming?'
Jesus answered: `The name of the Messiah is admirable, for God himself gave him the name when he had created his soul, and placed it in a celestial splendour. God said: "Wait Mohammed; for thy sake I will to create paradise, the world, and a great multitude of creatures, whereof I make thee a present, insomuch that whoso bless thee shall be blessed, and whoso shall curse thee shall be accursed. When I shall send thee into the world I shall send thee as my messenger of salvation, and thy word shall be true, insomuch that heaven and earth shall fail, but thy faith shall never fail." Mohammed is his blessed name.'
Then the crowd lifted up their voices, saying: `O God, send us thy messenger: O Mohammed, come quickly for the salvation of the world!'
what do you think?
(You have mail...)
Well, I can think of other places, with shoddy workmanship, but I wouldn't want to list them...well...unless I was pressed...;o])
What's totally messed up with MA is license issue decisions are up to each city and town's police chief. Some won't allow their own officers to carry off work! Others will issue nothing but "All Lawful Purposes", which is the best. You still have to abide by laws, but you can carry it anywhere but school & Fed bldgs., 'not recommended in pubs'.
I'm very interested in what sorts of guns/non-guns escape the registry laws.
Haven't you watched "Back To The Future?"
Seems the professor had a Mr. Fusion machine under the hood at the end of the movie...;o]
Hollow points make a huge difference in stopping effect.
My parents had a table like that - used it for a dinner table for many years, since there were only four of us. It weighed a ton!
I think they gave it to the people who bought their house when they moved to D.C. in the early 90's.
Parakletos drinks toilet water.
Yepper. When I get my gun (with luck, for Christmas) I will see about hollow points. I'll be da**ed if I'll live in a city like LV without stopping power. I don't have much, but I've already had three break-ins, and it gets harder and harder to replace the stuff I lost.
My aim is excellent, having been raised in the West, (where men are men and women are glad of it) and my dad saw that we girls were given firearm basics.
I like it.
Thanks Proud Yank.
I want to start, so I better get busy learning the rules.
;-)
Hellllloooooooooooo.
;-)
Yep. The table weighs a ton. It took two and a half of us to get it off the truck. We rolled in into the apartment...it was easier that way!
I have given my son specific instructions that this table is to stay in the family. It's a latecomer, but it's worth all the years I didn't have it!
I've emailed a company and asked for the best way to remove the polyurethane "finish" on the top. I guess whoever had it had no real idea of its' worth. I could have afforded it when it was new...but as an antique, it is WAY out of my league.
(I just know my parents would be ashamed if I didn't treasure it!) I'm anxious to start work on it, as I really enjoy doing that kind of work, and have done a lot of it in the past.
I see you have been busy too, PY!
Hi, Sweetie!

You have a gazelle? In an apartment?
That's all pro 2nd Amendment propaganda, not info about gun possession.
I'm an NRA instructor who hasn't kept up with other state's gun laws. I highly recommend that anyone arming themselves should take an NRA authorized course. It's so important even instructors learn new things all the time and I can't stress how useful it is.
My mother did lots of furniture refinishing when I was growing up. She buy things for almost nothing at sales, strip off a dozen layers of paint, and find something really nice (and big, and heavy ...).
They tried to give us furniture several times in the last 15 years, but we never had the money for moving it or the room to put it, except for a small desk and a dresser out of my grandmother's house in Missouri.
