Memorial of Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, virgin
Reading 1
Hos 14:2-10
Thus says the LORD:
Return, O Israel, to the LORD, your God;
you have collapsed through your guilt.
Take with you words,
and return to the LORD;
Say to him, Forgive all iniquity,
and receive what is good, that we may render
as offerings the bullocks from our stalls.
Assyria will not save us,
nor shall we have horses to mount;
We shall say no more, Our god,
to the work of our hands;
for in you the orphan finds compassion.
I will heal their defection, says the LORD,
I will love them freely;
for my wrath is turned away from them.
I will be like the dew for Israel:
he shall blossom like the lily;
He shall strike root like the Lebanon cedar,
and put forth his shoots.
His splendor shall be like the olive tree
and his fragrance like the Lebanon cedar.
Again they shall dwell in his shade
and raise grain;
They shall blossom like the vine,
and his fame shall be like the wine of Lebanon.
Ephraim! What more has he to do with idols?
I have humbled him, but I will prosper him.
I am like a verdant cypress tree
because of me you bear fruit!
Let him who is wise understand these things;
let him who is prudent know them.
Straight are the paths of the LORD,
in them the just walk,
but sinners stumble in them.
Responsorial Psalm
Ps 51:3-4, 8-9, 12-13, 14 and 17
R. (17b) My mouth will declare your praise.
Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness;
in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense.
Thoroughly wash me from my guilt
and of my sin cleanse me.
R. My mouth will declare your praise.
Behold, you are pleased with sincerity of heart,
and in my inmost being you teach me wisdom.
Cleanse me of sin with hyssop, that I may be purified;
wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
R. My mouth will declare your praise.
A clean heart create for me, O God,
and a steadfast spirit renew within me.
Cast me not out from your presence,
and your Holy Spirit take not from me.
R. My mouth will declare your praise.
Give me back the joy of your salvation,
and a willing spirit sustain in me.
O Lord, open my lips,
and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.
R. My mouth will declare your praise.
Gospel
Mt 10:16-23
Jesus said to his Apostles:
Behold, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves;
so be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves.
But beware of men,
for they will hand you over to courts
and scourge you in their synagogues,
and you will be led before governors and kings for my sake
as a witness before them and the pagans.
When they hand you over,
do not worry about how you are to speak
or what you are to say.
You will be given at that moment what you are to say.
For it will not be you who speak
but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
Brother will hand over brother to death,
and the father his child;
children will rise up against parents and have them put to death.
You will be hated by all because of my name,
but whoever endures to the end will be saved.
When they persecute you in one town, flee to another.
Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel
before the Son of Man comes.
Please notify me via FReepmail if you would like to be added to or taken off the Alleluia Ping List.
The cult of Blessed Catherine *will* be approved for the universal Church, of that I have no doubt whatever. :)
I'm really not that familiar with her story.

Jesus' Instructions to the Apostles

Kateri Tekakwitha, the "Lily of the Mohawks," was born in 1656 the daughter of a Mohawk chief and a Christian Algonquin mother. Orphaned at the age of four by a smallpox epidemic, she suffered from the physical scars of the disease and impaired vision. A Jesuit missionary baptized her "Kateri" (Katherine) at the age of 18. Three years later, Kateri was forced to flee the lodge of her uncle for a Christian Indian village near Montreal. Zealous in her prayer and penitential practices, she died at the age 24. In 1980, she became the first Native American to be beatified. This sculpture of Vermont marble is by Dale Lamphere and is the gift of the Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions. It was blessed and dedicated Nov. 16, 1992 by John Cardinal O'Connor, Archbishop of New York. The Church commemorates her feast day July 14. She shares the honor of being the patron of the ecology and environment with St. Francis of Assisi.
Great find. Thanks for this information.

| Israel, come back to the Lord your God; your iniquity was the cause of your downfall. Provide yourself with words and come back to the Lord. Say to him, Take all iniquity away so that we may have happiness again and offer you our words of praise. Assyria cannot save us, we will not ride horses any more, or say, Our God! to what our own hands have made, for you are the one in whom orphans find compassion. I will heal their disloyalty, I will love them with all my heart, for my anger has turned from them. I will fall like dew on Israel. He shall bloom like the lily, and thrust out roots like the poplar, his shoots will spread far; he will have the beauty of the olive and the fragrance of Lebanon. They will come back to live in my shade; they will grow corn that flourishes, they will cultivate vines as renowned as the wine of Helbon. What has Ephraim to do with idols any more when it is I who hear his prayer and care for him? I am like a cypress ever green, all your fruitfulness comes from me. Let the wise man understand these words. Let the intelligent man grasp their meaning. For the ways of the Lord are straight, and virtuous men walk in them, but sinners stumble. |

| Jesus said to his disciples, Remember, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; so be cunning as serpents and yet as harmless as doves. Beware of men: they will hand you over to sanhedrins and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake, to bear witness before them and the pagans. But when they hand you over, do not worry about how to speak or what to say; what you are to say will be given to you when the time comes; because it is not you who will be speaking; the Spirit of your Father will be speaking in you. Brother will betray brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise against their parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by all men on account of my name; but the man who stands firm to the end will be saved. If they persecute you in one town, take refuge in the next; and if they persecute you in that, take refuge in another. I tell you solemnly, you will not have gone the round of the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes. |

| The plea of a sinner in great peril |
| Lord, do not rebuke me in your wrath, do not ruin me in your anger: for I am pierced by your arrows and crushed beneath your hand. In the face of your anger there is no health in my body. There is no peace for my bones, no rest from my sins. My transgressions rise higher than my head: a heavy burden, they weigh me down. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |
| Psalm 37 (38) |
|---|
| My wounds are corruption and decay because of my foolishness. I am bowed down and bent, bent under grief all day long. For a fire burns up my loins, and there is no health in my body. I am afflicted, utterly cast down, I cry out from the sadness of my heart. Lord, all that I desire is known to you; my sighs are not hidden from you. My heart grows weak, my strength leaves me, and the light of my eyes even that has gone. My friends and my neighbours keep far from my wounds. Those closest to me keep far away, while those who would kill me set traps, those who would harm me make their plots: they plan mischief all through the day. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |
| Psalm 37 (38) |
|---|
| But I, like a deaf man, do not hear; like one who is dumb, I do not open my mouth. I am like someone who cannot hear, in whose mouth there is no reply. For in you, Lord, I put my trust: you will listen to me, Lord, my God. For I have said, Let them never triumph over me: if my feet stumble, they will gloat. For I am ready to fall: my suffering is before me always. For I shall proclaim my wrongdoing: I am anxious because of my sins. All the time my enemies live and grow stronger; they are so many, those who hate me without cause. Returning evil for good they dragged me down, because I followed the way of goodness. Do not abandon me, Lord: my God, do not leave me. Hurry to my aid, O Lord, my saviour. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |

| Then Nathan said to Bathsheba, Solomons mother, Have you not heard that unknown to our lord David, Adonijah, Haggiths son, has become king? Well, this is my advice to you if you want to save your own life and the life of your son Solomon. Go straight in to King David and say, My lord king, did you not make your servant this promise on oath: Your son Solomon is to be king after me; he is the one who is to sit on my throne? How is it, then, that Adonijah is king? And while you are still there talking to the king, I will come in after you and confirm what you say. So Bathsheba went to the king in his room (he was very old and Abishag of Shunem was in attendance on him). She knelt down and did homage to the king, and the king said, What is your wish? My lord, she answered you swore this to your servant by the Lord your God, Your son Solomon is to be king after me; he is the one who is to sit on my throne. And now here is Adonijah king and you, my lord king, knowing nothing about it. He has sacrificed quantities of oxen and fatted calves and sheep, and invited all the royal princes, the priest Abiathar, and Joab the army commander; but he has not invited your servant Solomon. Yet you are the man, my lord king, to whom all Israel looks, to name for them the successor of my lord the king. And when my lord the king sleeps with his fathers, my son Solomon and I will be made to suffer for this. She was still speaking when the prophet Nathan entered. The prophet Nathan is here they told the king; and he came into the kings presence and bowed down to the ground on his face before the king. My lord king, said Nathan is this, then, your decree: Adonijah is to be king after me; he is the one who is to sit on my throne? For he has gone down today and sacrificed quantities of oxen and fattened calves and sheep, and invited all the royal princes, the army chiefs, and the priest Abiathar; and they are there now, eating and drinking in his presence and shouting, Long live King Adonijah! He has not, however, invited me your servant, Zadok the priest, Benaiah son of Jehoiada, or your servant Solomon. Is this with my lord the kings approval? Or have you not told those loyal to you who is to succeed to the throne of my lord the king? Then King David spoke. Call Bathsheba to me he said. And she came into the kings presence and stood before him. Then the king swore this oath, As the Lord lives, who has delivered me from all adversity, just as I swore to you by the Lord the God of Israel that your son Solomon should be king after me and take my place on the throne, so I will bring it about this very day. Bathsheba knelt down, her face to the ground, and did homage to the king. May my lord King David live for ever! she said. Then King David said, Summon Zadok the priest, the prophet Nathan and Benaiah son of Jehoiada. So they came into the kings presence. Take the royal guard with you, said the king mount my son Solomon on my own mule and escort him down to Gihon. There Zadok the priest and the prophet Nathan are to anoint him king of Israel; then sound the trumpet and shout, Long live King Solomon! Then you are to follow him up and he is to come and take his seat on my throne and be king in place of me, for he is the man I have appointed as ruler of Israel and of Judah. |

| We are blessed if we fulfil the commands of the Lord in the harmony of love | |
| Beloved, see what a marvellous thing love is; its perfection is beyond our expression. Who can truly love save those to whom God grants it? We ought to beg and beseech him in his mercy that our love may be genuine, unmarred by any too human inclination. From Adam down to the present time all generations have passed away; but those who were perfected in love by Gods grace have a place among the saints who will be revealed when the kingdom of Christ comes to us. As it is written: Enter your chambers for a little while, until my wrath and anger pass away; and I shall remember a good day and raise you from your graves. We are blessed, beloved, if we fulfil the commands of the Lord in harmonious, loving union, so that through love our sins may be forgiven. For it is written: Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord imputes not iniquity, and in whose mouth there is no deceit. This is the blessing that has been given to those who have been chosen by God through our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever. Amen. We should pray then that we may be granted forgiveness for our sins and for whatever we may have done when led astray by our adversarys servants. And for those who were the leaders of the schism and the sedition, they too should look to the common hope. For those who live in pious fear and in love are willing to endure torment rather than have their neighbour suffer; and they more willingly suffer their own condemnation than the loss of that harmony that has been so nobly and righteously handed down to us. For it is better for a man to confess his sins than to harden his heart. Who then among you is generous, who is compassionate, who is filled with love? He should speak out as follows: If I have been the cause of sedition, conflict and schisms, then I shall depart; I shall go away wherever you wish, and I shall do what the community wants, if only the flock of Christ live in peace with the presbyters who are set over them. Whoever acts thus would win great glory for himself in Christ, and he would be received everywhere, for the earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof. Thus have they acted in the past and will continue to act in the future who live without regret as citizens in the city of God. |

Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha
(1656-1680)
The blood of martyrs is the seed of saints. Nine years after the Jesuits Isaac Jogues and John de Brébeuf were tortured to death by Huron and Iroquois Indians, a baby girl was born near the place of their martyrdom, Auriesville, New York. She was to be the first person born in North America to be beatified. Her mother was a Christian Algonquin, taken captive by the Iroquois and given as wife to the chief of the Mohawk clan, the boldest and fiercest of the Five Nations. When she was four, Kateri lost her parents and little brother in a smallpox epidemic that left her disfigured and half blind. She was adopted by an uncle, who succeeded her father as chief. He hated the coming of the Blackrobes (missionaries), but could do nothing to them because a peace treaty with the French required their presence in villages with Christian captives. She was moved by the words of three Blackrobes who lodged with her uncle, but fear of him kept her from seeking instruction. She refused to marry a Mohawk brave and at 19 finally got the courage to take the step of converting. She was baptized with the name Kateri (Catherine) on Easter Sunday. Now she would be treated as a slave. Because she would not work on Sunday, she received no food that day. Her life in grace grew rapidly. She told a missionary that she often meditated on the great dignity of being baptized. She was powerfully moved by Gods love for human beings and saw the dignity of each of her people. She was always in danger, for her conversion and holy life created great opposition. On the advice of a priest, she stole away one night and began a 200-mile walking journey to a Christian Indian village at Sault St. Louis, near Montreal. For three years she grew in holiness under the direction of a priest and an older Iroquois woman, giving herself totally to God in long hours of prayer, in charity and in strenuous penance. At 23 she took a vow of virginity, an unprecedented act for an Indian woman, whose future depended on being married. She found a place in the woods where she could pray an hour a dayand was accused of meeting a man there! Her dedication to virginity was instinctive: She did not know about religious life for women until she visited Montreal. Inspired by this, she and two friends wanted to start a community, but the local priest dissuaded her. She humbly accepted an ordinary life. She practiced extremely severe fasting as penance for the conversion of her nation. She died the afternoon before Holy Thursday. Witnesses said that her emaciated face changed color and became like that of a healthy child. The lines of suffering, even the pockmarks, disappeared and the touch of a smile came upon her lips. She was beatified in 1980. Quote:

Before the reform of the General Roman Calendar in 1969 today was the feast of St. Bonaventure whose memorial is now celebrated on July 15. St. Camillus de Lellis' feast was celebrated on July 18 before 1961.

July Devotion: The Precious Blood
Since the 16th century Catholic piety has assigned entire months to special devotions. Like the Sacred Wounds of Jesus, His Precious Blood deserves special honor because of its close relation to the Sacred Passion. That honor was given to it from the beginning by the Apostles who praised its redeeming power. (Rom. 5:9 "we are justified by His blood"; Heb. 13:12 "and so Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people by His blood, suffered outside the gate"; 1 John 1:7 "and the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanses us from all sin.") In recent times the devotion has been encouraged by Blessed Gaspar Buffalo, founder of the Congregation of the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. When Pope Pius IX was in exile from Rome in 1849, he had as his companion Don Giovanni Merlini, the third general of that Congregation. This saintly priest suggested to the pope that he make a vow to give the feast of the Precious Blood to the entire church, if he should regain the papal territory. Without binding himself by the vow, the pope immediately extended the feast to the whole Church. On the old calendar it was celebrated on July 1, but Catholics may still continue this tradition by increasing their devotion to the most precious Blood throughout the entire month of July. See this article from the Catholic Culture library, Apostle of Devotion to His Most Precious Blood: St. Gaspar del Bufalo. |

|---|
| God, have mercy on me |
| Take pity on me, Lord, in your mercy; in your abundance of mercy wipe out my guilt. Wash me ever more from my guilt and cleanse me from my sin. For I know how guilty I am: my sin is always before me. Against you, you alone have I sinned, and I have done evil in your sight. Know this, so that you may give just sentence and an unbiased judgement. See, I was conceived in guilt, in sin my mother conceived me; but you love truth in the heart, and deep within me you have shown me your wisdom. You will sprinkle me with hyssop, and I will be made clean; you will wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. You will make me hear the sound of joy and gladness; the bones you have crushed will rejoice. Turn your face away from my sins and wipe out all my transgressions; create a pure heart in me, God, put a steadfast spirit into me. Do not send me away from your presence, or withdraw your holy spirit from me; give me again the joy of your salvation, and be ready to strengthen me with your spirit. I will teach the unjust your ways, and the impious will return to you. Free me from the guilt of bloodshed, God, God my saviour, and my voice will glory in your justice. Open my lips, Lord, and my mouth will proclaim your praise; for you do not delight in sacrifices: if I offered you a burnt offering, it would not please you. The true sacrifice is a broken spirit: a contrite and humble heart, O God, you will not refuse. Be pleased, Lord, to look kindly on Sion, so that the walls of Jerusalem can be rebuilt, Then indeed you will accept the proper sacrifices, gifts and burnt offerings; then indeed will bullocks be laid upon your altar. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |

| The Lord will appear in judgement | |
| Lord, I heard what you gave me to hear, and I was struck with awe of your work. In the midst of the years, bring it to life; in the midst of the years you will make it known. When you are angry, you will remember your mercy. God will come from Theman, the holy one from the mountain of Pharan. His glory has covered the heavens and the earth is full of his praise. His brightness shall be like light itself, rays shining from his hands there is his strength hidden. You went forth for the salvation of the people, for salvation with your anointed one. You made a way through the sea for your horses, in the silt of many waters. I have heard you, Lord, and my stomach churns within me; at the sound of your voice my lips tremble. My bones rot away, my steps stumble. I will rest and be quiet on the day of tribulation and let it overtake those who have invaded us. For the fig will not flower, the vines will not fruit, the work of the olive will be lost. The fields will yield no food, the flocks will be cut off from the sheepfold, there will be no cattle in the stalls. But I will rejoice in the Lord, take joy in God my saviour. The Lord God is my strength. He will make me as sure-footed as the deer. He will lead me up to the heights. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |

| God, the foundation of Jerusalem |
| Praise the Lord, Jerusalem Sion, praise your God. For he has strengthened the bars of your gates, he has blessed your children. He keeps your borders in peace, he fills you with the richest wheat. He sends out his command over the earth, and swiftly runs his word. He sends down snow that is like wool, frost that is like ashes. He sends hailstones like crumbs who can withstand his cold? He will send out his word, and all will be melted; his spirit will breathe, and the waters will flow. He proclaims his word to Jacob, his laws and judgements to Israel. He has not done this for other nations: he has not shown them his judgements. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |

| The Messiah and his forerunner | |
| Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, for he has come to his people and brought about their redemption. He has raised up the sign of salvation in the house of his servant David, as he promised through the mouth of the holy ones, his prophets through the ages: to rescue us from our enemies and all who hate us, to take pity on our fathers, to remember his holy covenant and the oath he swore to Abraham our father, that he would give himself to us, that we could serve him without fear freed from the hands of our enemies in uprightness and holiness before him, for all of our days. And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Most High: for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare his path, to let his people know their salvation, so that their sins may be forgiven. Through the bottomless mercy of our God, one born on high will visit us to give light to those who walk in darkness, who live in the shadow of death; to lead our feet in the path of peace. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |

| Some short prayers may follow here, to offer up the day's work to God. |
| Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those that trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. |

| May the Lord bless us and keep us from all harm; and may he lead us to eternal life. |

Shrewd and Innocent Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, virgin Matthew 10:16-23 Introductory Prayer: Lord, I am totally yours. You hold my life in your hand. Today I want to renew my commitment to you. I know you will never leave me. I trust that you will have mercy on me. I love you for loving me first and calling me to proclaim your Gospel. Petition: Lord, make me a better witness of your love. 1. Shrewd as Serpents. Jesus encourages us to use our intelligence. We must find ways to protect ourselves from the wolves. And we must find ways to fight the wolves. Our protection must be our faith. We must not allow anyone to touch our faith. We must allow no circumstance to weaken our faith. Our offensive must be goodness, the witness of a holy life, against which there are no arguments. Saints destroy the power of the evil one. 2. Witness for My Sake. A saint convinces. And a saint is very inventive in the ways he finds to bring the Gospel to others. These flow not from himself but from the Holy Spirit working in him. I need to renew my confidence in the Holy Spirit today. I will keep him in mind as I deal with others. At the end of the day I will thank him for the work he has done around me and through me. 3. Whoever Endures to the End. Perseverance is the gift of all gifts. It flows from a constantly renewed love. It flows from accepting hardships for the sake of the Gospel. Christ did not hide the fact that living the Gospel and preaching it will bring us difficulties and persecution. But he tells us that our life is very short and that what we have done for his kingdom will have lasting fruit. By keeping our eyes on him, we can persevere and bear fruit. Dialogue with Christ: Lord, I know that following you requires breaking the circle of my egoism and fear. I know that being an apostle today means I will face persecution of some kind. Help me to be not afraid. Help me to keep my eyes on you. Teach me how to fight so that your kingdom of goodness and love can be established a bit more today through my life. Resolution: I will be attentive to the inspirations of the Holy Spirit and find a way to sneak in a kind word or a testimony about Christ in my dealings with others today. |

Hos 14:2-10 / Mt 10:16-23 Today's gospel contains one of the most notoriously misused passages in all the Bible, and the chief culprits are the clergy. Jesus said, "Don't worry about what you are going to say or how you will say it. When the hour comes it will be given to you." It doesn't take too much imagination to guess how that's been used by preachers! God has blessed every one of us with a broad array of talents and abilities, but many of us have accomplished less than we might have hoped for. There are lots of reasons, but one particular reason does stand out among religious people, and that is the inclination to say our prayers and then leave matters up to God. Think, for example, about the man who prayed for patience for 60 years and is surprised that he never got it. The same man wouldn't think of starting a new enterprise without a business plan. Yet the fact is that across those 60 years he never once had a concrete plan for growing toward patience. Praying without using our brains is mere wishing and not praying at all. God wants to be our partner as we grow toward wholeness, but He doesn't provide curb service. We have to meet Him half way, and we do that by using to the fullest the tools He's given us. Then He will indeed give what is needed and fill in what is lacking. So check your "business plan" first and assure yourself that you've used everything that God put in your tool box. Then pray. You'll be amazed at how God helps those who help themselves. |

| # | Douay-Rheims | Vulgate |
| 16 | Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves. | ecce ego mitto vos sicut oves in medio luporum estote ergo prudentes sicut serpentes et simplices sicut columbae |
| 17 | But beware of men. For they will deliver you up in councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues. | cavete autem ab hominibus tradent enim vos in conciliis et in synagogis suis flagellabunt vos |
| 18 | And you shall be brought before governors, and before kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles: | et ad praesides et ad reges ducemini propter me in testimonium illis et gentibus |
| 19 | But when they shall deliver you up, take no thought how or what to speak: for it shall be given you in that hour what to speak: | cum autem tradent vos nolite cogitare quomodo aut quid loquamini dabitur enim vobis in illa hora quid loquamini |
| 20 | For it is not you that speak, but the spirit of your Father that speaketh in you. | non enim vos estis qui loquimini sed Spiritus Patris vestri qui loquitur in vobis |
| 21 | The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son; and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death. | tradet autem frater fratrem in mortem et pater filium et insurgent filii in parentes et morte eos adficient |
| 22 | And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake: but he that shall persevere unto the end, he shall be saved. | et eritis odio omnibus propter nomen meum qui autem perseveraverit in finem hic salvus erit |
| 23 | And when they shall persecute you in this city, flee into another. Amen I say to you, you shall not finish all the cities of Israel, till the Son of man come. | cum autem persequentur vos in civitate ista fugite in aliam amen enim dico vobis non consummabitis civitates Israhel donec veniat Filius hominis |
