I was thinking what could the letters of the Holy Name of Maria represent in Latin and came up with the following -->

M = Mater

A = Advocata

R = Regina

I = Immaculata

A = Abdita

I had a tough time with the last "A" and got out a Latin dictionary. ABDITA means hidden, secluded, secret. I think that aptly described her life while here on earth and even now in Heaven because so many still refuse to accept or acknowldge her glories and powers. Even some who call themselves Christian reject her!

If you mean Jesus' mother, are you certain her true name was spelled "MARIA", or are you merely playing with its Latin equivalent? Greek New Testaments have "Mariam", from the Hebrew "Miriam". Hmmmmm?

Well, he did write "...Holy Name of Maria represent in Latin..." so he seems to realize that Mary's name is one thing in Latin and another thing in other languages.

Also the Greek "Maria" (meaning the holy Virgin Mary and other Marys) is used in Matthew 1:16, 18, 20, 2:11, 27:56, and 22 other places in the NT. "Miriam" is used in Matthew 13:55, Luke 1:27, 30, 34, 38, 39, and about 19 other times in the NT for the holy Virgin and other women named Mary. "Maria" is listed in Thayer as coming from the Hebrew word for "obstinacy" and "rebelliousness" !

Fascinating that God would have chosen and prepared a woman named after rebelliousness to be his obedient handmaiden isn't it?

Exactly! In the propers of the Traditional Latin Mass on the Feast of the Assumption, that word is used.

I have no scriptural authority for the status of Mary in heaven and so I choose not to speculate on it. Are you saying that makes me a non-Christian?

God's Holy Word calls me a Christian and I reject what some think she has power to do. She has no more power than your Christian neighbor who is also a saint, alive or dead.

The Church Jesus established (Matt 16:18) wrote and preserved for you the New Testament. That same Church teaches Mary's Assumption into Heaven. Obstinate doubt/denial about one/some teachings of the Church would call into question all teachings, no?

And that would include the New Testament itself. Any Church which errs in Doctrine in one area could also err in another, no?

But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

Are you saying that Mary doesn't have that power?

Do you think it's the goal of the Gospel to get you to heaven, where you can be irrelevant, helpless, and powerless? That's not what the Bible teaches. The Bible teaches that the blessed saints in heaven will judge the angels, and are superior to them.
