I assumed that this prophecy was warning about the impending Hurricane Ivan. But Ivan missed New Orleans. In the below prophecy, given one year ago on the EXACT date of the date that Hurricane Katrina is slated to hit New Orleans.
I predict it will rain ... Wednesday.

So let me get this straight:

Right before a giant hurricane (Ivan) is about to hit New Orleans, a preacher makes a prediction that wind and water are about to hit New Orleans. But then, the hurricane peters out and blows off to the east. But, you know, a year later another hurricane comes even closer and that you take that as a fulfillment of his "prophecy?"
