So let me get this straight:
Right before a giant hurricane (Ivan) is about to hit New Orleans, a preacher makes a prediction that wind and water are about to hit New Orleans. But then, the hurricane peters out and blows off to the east. But, you know, a year later another hurricane comes even closer and that you take that as a fulfillment of his "prophecy?"
