So what was the bottom line? There are several sections, which deal with issues such as "the common arguments for" (and does a good job of disposing of them); pastoral needs for homosexuals (like any other fallen people they need it); and ultimately they conclude that there is no theologically sound argument in favor, and many good arguments (including more than theological ones) against.
It's a somewhat tough slog in places, but overall I would suggest you read it. Lots of dense language -- it was written by academics -- but also a lot of good information.
