US Anglican Website Down on Easter?

Has anyone else noticed on this Glorious day, that the website for the American Anglican Council, http://www.americananglican.org/ appears to be down? It was upyesterday. I think it's probably unlikely that it would be overwhelmed at 6:00 am EST.

Could this be deliberate, or are their servers just overwhelmed?

It could just be me, but I'd hate to think that the debate has evolved to cyber-terrorism...

Be a little more thoughtful. The AAC is one of the groups opposing the apostacy of the Episcopal 'Church'.

Sorry I keep getting my Christian splinter groups confused. I thought Episcopal was just the US term for Anglican?

Generically you are right, but the AAC is part of the Christian opposition to the pagans and secularists who are in charge of the Episcopalian 'Church'.

Hubby thought the mail server at work was down, but he just said it's working again. Might be just a Sunday pre-dawn re-boot on your site too.

I'm glad about the server at work, he was going to make us go in, on the way to the in-laws! Thank goodness we don't have to do that.

I throw things out there to inspire people to look at things differently than they might otherwise do. I'm often off base (as I was here), something I have no problem admitting, but I'm rarely conventional or uninteresting in my approach. The virtue of this is that often enough I'll uncover a gem that nobody else would have thought about.

The conservative Lutheran site http://www.alpb.org operated by the American Lutheran Publicity Bureau also went down yesterday and has not been restored.

I smell a conspiracy.

Understandable, however the wounds run very deep over the gay consecration by the liberals.

I have heard so many people generalize the Episcopal Church as the church that has gay bishops and so forth.

It's not fair nor helpful to throw out things w/o first thinking of the impact. No harm done and I don't feel you were being malicious, however please don't be surprised at the reactions you receive when one goes fishing.
