From the "My Mail" page (accessible as a link in the upper right-hand corner,) you can send a "private message" to any member of Free Republic (using the person's login handle.) The handle Admin Moderator is used for any member of the team of moderators. The owner of the site is Jim Robinson, who uses his name as his handle.
