You mean Franken bought some more of his books.
O'Reilly is a fine writer.
To: Freedom4US
Is he that "I'm special, I'm good enough, blah, blah, blah" guy? I'll do a google search for his face.
To: Freedom4US
Well, I typed in Franken and this is what I got. He needs help.

A couple of the lib teachers where I work(not an oxymoron;
this is Potter County,PA after all)gleefully report their
joy at Franken's "wit" and "truth".
They were preaching the gospel in the teachers room during
lunch recently. I asked to see Franken's book, telling them
I'd like a chance to refute one of his points.
Macrahanish#1-"Let me find what I'm looking for. What,no index?
Is your leftist messiah too lazy or stupid, or both,to
include an index"?
Since then, I've been refuting Franken point by point.
Yesterday, I actually made one of them cry! They said,
through the tears, "You conservatives are so mean."
I've offered to debate Franken one-on-one in a student
assembly. One of the libs is trying his best to contact
Mr. Smalley.
I hate liberalism and the lies which are its' cornerstone.
To: Mo1
I downloaded Ann Coulter's World Net Daily column from Octoer 9 for fresh
ammo. Just the mention of her name causes the teacher libs to foam at the mouth.
Not that they've actually read anything written by her.
No shiny pictures, doncha know.

On top? I thought he liked the inferior position? No, he is definitely a "the bottom half of the beast with two backs" no doubt squealing like the swine he is.

I truly think Bill O'Reilly has flipped out on this subject. I turned his show on (I love it) yesterday to hear the NPR interview. He had some good points. But when he says his book is just to help people out and it doesn't have any attack material....WRONG. The problem with saying "NO SPIN" is that it sets up an impossibly high standard. The NO SPIN is that O'Reilly can't let Franken go. No, I don't thinkl...as Bill suggests...that Franken is doing everything because he is somehow in the employ with the DNC. There are people who hate Democrats, Liberals, Conseratives, Republicans, etc because they strongly disagree with their policies and are proactive.
I think Bill loses some of his "constituency" when he harps on his anger towards Franken, calling him a propagandist (which he is) but then suggesting that his books are above the fray and not at least partially falling into the same track. I LIKE Bill O'Reilly and think he has written some superb books. But his sales are going to suffer while he's on this crusade. Even on the NPR interview, he had good points about people being biased...but then he suggets that if someone writes a bad review they deserve him going after them on his show. He needs to LET GO because he is giving his opponents credibility and ATTENTION to help and strengthen them, and he loses people in the "middle" who might otherwise buy his book. BIG MISTAKE.

A fine illustration of why it is absurd to allow young girls to vote. I work with one who has informed her coworkers that GW just isn't getting the job done and she will be voting for a Democrat and "I think Edwards would be good". No reason given for her support of Edwards and I made no comment to her but I would bet ten to one she picked out the best looking guy in the race and knows zero about him other than what he looks like.

He played an influential role in the downfall of European communism--enough so that the commie's tried to snuff him.

As long as the Dems are getting their message from Michael Moore and Al Franken.... I mean really, that is great for winning elections; we won California, and there wasn't even an election scheduled until a couple a months ago. I welcome liberal General Custers.

BTW .. good job reading his book. I borrowed Hellary's to read .. I migh add, it is a poorly written book .. but I figured if I wanted to honestly refute her words, then I had to read it
Here is a question for your Lib Teacher friends ..Have they even bothered to read books written by conservatives?

Books the numbers are even more drastic. You could literally have 1 in 400 people buy your book and be #1. So, it is very easy to not know anybody who bought a "runaway" best seller. It's scarier than that. I remember hearing once that only one American in ten buys a book over the course of a year. And of that ten percent, only ten percent buy more than one book per year. And then you look at the best-seller lists, and you realize that what they're mostly buying are diet books and trashy fiction (under which category you could probably put Franken's book)

I consider it a point against him, if he really got the Nobel Peace Prize. I hope that isn't true!
To: Mo1
Does anyone know of anyone that has actually bought Frankin's book??Here's another Al that's probably bought a few crates of Slap Happy Al's left-wing screed.
