Pretty impressing butt-whopping.
With the LAT smears and the Wellstone Funerally....
even the non-political junkies are starting to wise up to just how soulless the Democratic Party has become.

Thank you. Heard you on Hugh Hewitt's show late this afternoon. Good job. You hit on some key points, the best being that we should treat hispanics like any other citizens, appealing to their desire for good education, low taxes and family values. That point should be pounded into the heads of our state leaders.

You are the best Sabertooth!
It takes a good man to do this, and I salute you once again!

Well done,ST.
Now we all need to close ranks--Arnold is in for the script of his life. The Dems never go away easy, and ,being the party of treason, they have obstructionism down to a science.
Best wishes to Governor Schwarzeneggar.

Getting Davis kicked out was an important even
regardless of who took his place.
A corrupt governor was held to account for
his actions that sets a positive precedent
for the nation.
May a lot more holding to account take place
for bad politicians of both parties.

Sabertooth, I have not been friendly to you and we have fought a lot, but this is class. I thank you for it.

Hey . . . check out these predictions of mine from the last two months. Anyone out there who needs a political advisor can Freepmail me with a lucrative job offer. LOL!
9/26/2003 11:44 PM EDT Arnold is going to be the next governor of California.
9/24/2003 7:23 PM EDT Remember the Jesse Ventura Factor. Traditional polling methods generally do a very poor job of estimating the appeal of a celebrity candidate who will often attract a lot of supporters who would not have otherwise voted in the election.
9/24/2003 7:17 PM EDT If this trend holds up, I think I should quit my job and become a high-priced political consultant. I've said from the day Arnold announced his candidacy that he would win this race, even if McClintock stays in right to the end.
9/23/2003 10:48 PM EDT Remember my prediction from a month ago: Arnold wins even if McClintock stays in the race. You heard it here first!
9/09/2003 1:13 AM EDT Arnold is going to win, and by a margin that's going to surprise a lot of people. You heard it here first, folks.
9/09/2003 12:48 AM EDT Something to keep in mind here is that an outsider like Arnold Schwarzenegger is an ideal candidate in a recall election like this. The fact that it is a "recall" as opposed to a regular election means that an underlying disenchantment with professional politicians will be a major factor . . . This race is starting to look remarkably similar to Jesse Ventura's run for governor of Minnesota . . . This may sound completely off the wall, but I'm predicting that Arnold is going to win this election regardless of whether McClintock stays in the race or not.
9/06/2003 10:57 PM EDT Good post. I have a friend who lived in Minnesota during Jesse Ventura's race for governor, and from what he's told me about that period of time, it sounds like this California race reminds me of Ventura's campaign.
9/06/2003 10:26 PM EDT In a recall election involving a thoroughly unpopular governor in a state that is in the toilet economically, the ideal candidate to replace him is the following: 1. Someone who is not known as a politician -- because politicians created the mess in the first place . . . 2. Someone who has instant name recognition -- because there isn't much time to campaign . . . 3. Someone who smiles alot and speaks English with a "trademark" accent -- because anyone he runs against will always look like a sleazy, smooth-talking politician in comparison.
8/13/2003 9:08 AM EDT More than anything else, the success of this recall effort illustrates an utter dissatisfaction of California voters with the "usual" two-party political process. Which is why I think Arnold Schwarzeneggar is going to be the next governor of California, and by a margin that is going to shock a lot of people.
