Didn't know that. Too bad her elected relatives don't take her advice on abortion.
To: null and void
Why are you bringing how much we weight into this? :-)

What I loved was Hissy Matthews saying that our new GUV has to talk to the print media. The same media that the people are abandoning in favor of the internet, this Free Republic Forum, FOX News and talk radio?
Right my family will give up all of the above and subscribe to the SF Chronicle or LA TIMES!
BTW, while discussing Arnold's groping of women, Mr. Matthews was awfully rude to the woman, Ms. Noonan, sitting next to him. I've rarely seen Peggy Noonan angry - but he ticked her off!

Did you see the anti "illegal" immigrant drivers license exit polling? Couple that with what's going on in Arizona and there's a movement afoot. My money says that with the lecetion right around the corner, the fellows and gals in the capital are going to sit up and take notice.
Wow, on CNN actor Rob Lowe just said (to Judy Woodruff, of all people) that Arnold will "bring more conservatism to this state that so badly needs it".
To: alwaysconservative
And Eunice has put her ideas about the value of life into action, i.e., the Special Olympics. She was very affected by her older sister Rosemary's mental disability.

Yep, good point.

Rob Lowe acting decrying "puke politics" on CNN.

Woodruff is full of it -- I saw how Maria's parents were so happy for the both of them. Her Dad kept holding thumbs up for Arnold. Her family looked absolutely thrilled for Arnold and Maria.

Arnold's governorship has nothing to do with prolife or prokilling....
He's got enough on his plate right now

The Dems can downplay and spin this all they would like, but they knew what was at stake. They trotted every name they had out there to save Davis. The Democrats are in very big trouble.
Only if the grassroots keep pushing it. After watching my party leaders tonight, what wasn't in Century City, I'm not expecting any change or surprises from them...

Thank you for that. These people never realize that their psycho nature appalls people.

I will grant your point that Matthews has injected some good comments here and there :) -- but then he turns around and says the most imbecilic things. He's had nights I've thought he did a better, and fairer, job. JMHO, of course!

Good catch PhiKap...I was STUNNED at how genuinely excited Mom and Dad Shriver were for Arnold...seeing all those Kennedy's up there celebrating a Republican throwing out a sitting Dem governor in a recall election...
This is truly a realignment in CA politics...it may take a while to sink in...and if the Dem keep up the demonization of Bush as their main platform for 04...it's landslide, baby.

Even Richie Ross sounded somewhat conciliatory and kind of hinted that the demRats in the state capitol might want to see what the people are saying as a result of the recall verdict.he is the number chumpo lobbyist for the demrats so,, who knows?
The overall results are sending a very clear message to the establishment politicos, a new sheriff is in town. It is in our best interest to do all we can to encourage real reform happens now and not a sham in the guise of change. More power to arnie if he can work toward that end successfully.

Do it! You know you want to.
