WASHINGTON - On Aug. 20, 2001, Saleh Ibn Abdul Rahman Hussayen, a man who would soon be named a minister of the Saudi government and put in charge of its two holy mosques, arrived in the United States to meet with some of this country's most influential fundamentalist Sunni Muslim leaders.

On the night of Sept. 10, 2001, Hussayen stayed at a suburban hotel that also housed three of the Saudi hijackers who would slam an aircraft into the Pentagon the next day, though there is no evidence that he had contact with them.

Anyone who believes that he was not there - specifically - to give his blessings upon the hijackers is a fool!

For some reason the Saudi connection to 9/11 has never been adequately or publicly addressed. I hope there is good reason for this and that it is a temporary condition.

The hijackers were treated like KINGS by the Nation of Islam before 9/11. They were put up in nice condos or houses or apartments and were brought gourment food and great delicacies by their admirers (e.g. members of the Muslim community who continue to live among us and plan our destruction and death). Sometimes they ate these catered meals in bed - like the Kings and Princes of Islam that they became to be known (e.g. martyrs to be modeled and worshipped for their faithfulness to the religion of evil and death).

Nancy Luque, attorney for two top officials of the defunct SAAR network, confirmed that a Saleh Hussayen had served as a SAAR director, but suggested that her clients did not know of his importance in Saudi Arabia.

Yeah, right.

I have to admit, more and more people who I talk with "on the street" that I would classify as apolitical will, in passing, mention and acknowledge Saudi involvement in terrorism directed aginst the U.S, and will mirror Israeli problems with Islamic terrorism as well. We just have to keep banging on this from "inside the community," because the truth is getting out there, slowly but surely.
