Just A Thought

As much as I'd like to believe that I'm as hip as Beth and MoJo, I'm not. So? If you look over the Current Music (MoJo's section) and Beth's Music Mix and you find that this isn't your style of music, please go to the music below. The kids don't want to offend anyone and begged me to tell all of you. So? For the sake of your eardrums and mine, please don't complain if you listen to music that is not intended for the "distinguished" members of our society. That would be all of you in my generation. (MoJo and Beth would consider us "old", but we all know better.)---DJ Ma

The lady at the health food store suggested I get this green minty liquidy Chlorofil (sp?) stuff and it DOES wonders re sore throats! Take a couple of teaspoons of it when you feel one coming on and ZAP! it's gone! Natural magnesium and antioxidants-type stuff. (I can go look at the container and then find a pic online if you wanna know.)

In the meantime, "Bob" told me I need to find food before I can do any writing. (Then I may need a nap shortly thereafter. I made the mistake of watching booktv. I forgot this weekend is the Washington DC Book Fair! Good stuff, if you ignore most of the liberal stuff -- which, when you get any gathering of authors, tends to be most of the stuff.)

FYI: "What About Bob" is on one of the HBOs later tonight. ;)

I'll bb shortly and we'll "dine" together, okay? (Keep the dinner music pleasant and soothing, MoJo! These old digestive systems are sensitive, you know! LOL)

Do I have to drink tea? Is there anything that makes it palatable? Will hot chocolate do? Meekie always has hot chocolate for me. Did you remember to eat?

OK, find me a picture of the Chlorofil (?). Does it taste yucky? I guess yucky is better than the sore throat. I was supposed to give blood today, but it will have to wait. I can go to the health food store if I know what I need to get.

By all means...eat. Then a nap should be the last impediment to WRITING! How many words are on the agenda today?

Zinc and Ester C/Vitamin C help, too.

My philosophy is: Who cares if it's the placebo effect if it works!? ;)

Get some supplies.....let me guess. Since you are NOT a pushover for momma cat and run-a-muck, cat treats are NOT on your list. LOL! Is your new modem behaving completely as it is supposed to? I still can't find the paper I'm looking for, but might possibly have found something that might do for the phone call I need to make. Happy "supply" shopping.

A good philosophy

That's why you should follow the dosage with a sugar pill chaser, just in case! (I recommend a Dove DARK Chocolate Promise!)

or for a super chaser:

Not too fond of dark chocolate (or Dove), but milk chocolate....how about this for a chaser, just in case?
