Closing her eyes and silently reaching into the realm of the future she finds the answer: "You will die on a Jewish holiday." "Which one?'" Arafat asks nervously. "It doesn't matter," answers the psychic. "Whatever day you die, it'll be a Jewish holiday."

They just wanted to certify that he was healthy so that when that Jewish ray gun fries his brain, they can blame the Jews.
Seriously though, when the man kicks the bucket, even for natural causes, I believe the Palestinian people will be told that the Jews have killed him. That is why they must certify now that he is healthy, even though I don't think he is.

Someone's lying. Arafat has been holed up in the same building for about a year, with less opportunity for fresh air, sunlight, and exercise than prisoners on death row. Yet he is reported in good health!
