""I'm still voting for McClintock, come hell or high water." As is your right. Just be sure to also vote "yes" on the recall and 54...

I also understand that Indian gaming does not have to abide by the strict laws as Nevada casinos. The real losers are the "mom & pop" gamblers who get ripped off. I've already told you more than I know - but another FR poster was giving some facts on one of these threads, right now can't remember who exactly....
Cheers, CC :)

Gentlemen, you have no idea how black black can be.
I've lived through a genuine economic depression (Philippines, early 1980's). If you think California is in trouble now, hold on to your hats.

Are you lying now, when you say you are still voting for McScntock, or when you said you already voted for him just so you couldn't change your mind. Now or then?

In the earliest days of this who process, I was suspicious of Darrell's motives. Yet he has truly proven himself an unselfish hero motivated by concern for this state. I was wrong about him and am proud to publicly say so.

**McClintock is holding out for a favor from Arnold. Hopefully, support for his run against Biohazard Boxer. Arnold's best gambit here is to loudly endorse McClintock as an exceptional GOP opponent for Boxer and thereby reenerize his supporters in a different direction and take some of there votes on Oct. 7.**
This sounds reasonable. We would all be soooooo happy to say "Bye, Bye, Boxer!"

From my point of view it is you and the other Arnoldnauts who are mouthing off. You don't talk about issues, you run around FR maligning Tom McClintock and degrading his supporters with all manner of trashtalk. I never thought I'd see FReepers trash a traditional value conservative like McClintock and take sides with a liberal like Arnold. Never. All you're doing is dividing yourself from any connection with those principled conservative Republicans who come to FreeRepublic in an attempt to advance the conservative agenda.
You've given McClintock supporters no repsect whatsoever and have only driven a wedge between people who otherwise, on most issues are in agreement. That's a clear case of irresponsibility and doesn't help to further the conservative cause. Which, btw, is what FreeRepublic is all about.
Supporting Arnold doesn't advance the conservative agenda and the GOP platform, not incrementally, not in any way, shape or form.

My wife is due in December and I have already told her and the entire family that if anyone ever purchases a Wiggles product for us they will forever be barred from seeing the child.

Well, i mostly agree, but if Davis is recalled and Bustamove wins, we haven't really made any progress.
