Requesting Assistance from Conservative Community Please Do Not Remove This Post
We are actively working to create a rapid response team to disseminate information across the World Wide Web that is favorable to the Bush/Cheney campaign, as well as the Republican Party in general.
In the coming months the Democrats will intensify their outreach through the internet and continue to barrage sites like Free Republic with pro-Democrat messages.
Specifically, we are seekig individuals who are interested in becoming a part of a Rapid Response Team (RRT) that works to counter Democrat claims with factual, pro-Bush, pro-Republican messages.
If you are interested, please email rsj@generationgop.com
Please pass this message along to all who are interested so that we may begin the process.
TOPICS: Announcements; Government; Politics/Elections; Your Opinion/Questions

You are absolutely correct! Freepers got the information out here in 2000 that went everywhere and will continue to do so in 2004! FR is the absolute best place to spread the word!

Thanks for the heads up!

It is a good idea but they will most likely work on issues that conservatives are divided over:
Government spending (ie Education/Medicare)
Free Trade / Offshoring
Immigration
The best way to keep Republicans and not create Liberatarians/Independents/etc is to come together on a position for the issues that divide. We can all agree on:
Tax cuts
Defense spending (for the most part)
Government spending reductions
Supreme court exceeding mandate
Regulation reform / Tort reform
Issues that probably should not sway voting:
War on Drugs
Abortion
This is by no means a complete list and I'm sure other freepers could extend it (and debate my opinions on WOD/Abortion). Once the list is formed I would encourage your group to leverage FR to poll and determine the support level for the top issues.
The president can't be held to account for everything but we should understand what people DO hold him account for within the conservative ranks.
Just my 2 cents.

The Dems have already infiltrated FR to get Bustamante elected.
