Looks great. BTTT.

If anyone wants to join Terri's Ping list, PART 2, do a post and bump this thread to the top.

Your reference please:

..."which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered ..."

and ... "criminal husband" ...

I'm sorry if I've missed this information in the previous 5000 plus thread ...

If she is as you say she is, why do the courts continue to rule as they do? It would seem that this is a factual matter? No?

Does she have to remain in Florida? Time is slipping away so if she resided elswhere in the U.S.; maybe this would give her lawyers more time to plan for her survival.

It would appear that each documented injury could be grounds for litigation on each case in point with the obvious result taking months to resolve during a lengthy appeal process. Something can be done and the point is make her non husband pay for his sins.

What "Crime" has Terri been found Guilty of that would allow Judge Greer to hand down his "Death Sentence" upon her???

I don't understand why Terry's parents can't be made her legal guardians. I haven't read the whole story, but it seems to me that if the man wants so badly to be her "ex-husband," why can't he get a divorce but give up custody to her parents, who obviously want to see her live? Seems that maybe the rumors of criminal wrongdoing on his part are more than just rumors... particularly after the bone scan findings of multiple major traumas.

I just looked at Terri's website and only heard about her plight this week. I signed the petition. For this woman to be systematically starved to death would be a criminal act.
She is reponsive to many stimuli and reacts to her mother's loving care. I hope something can be done to stop the removal of her feeding tube. That would be nothing less than murder.

Bump.

This madness needs to stop. Any suggestions on activism? I'm pretty far out of the loop since I'm in Oregon, but I can send faxes, e-mails, ect.

bttt----

If she was a manatee they'd be bending over backwards to keep her alive. I mean no disrespect to her, but it's gotten to the point that it makes me sick to my stomach. I am praying she will be able to swallow jello or other soft foods....what will her hubby do then?
Isn't he remarried anyway?

Bill O' Reilly is now doing an investigation of prez candidate Howard Dean because a freeper inadvertently stumbled upon unsavory details about who some of his supporters are. It falls in line with Terri's fight.

If you're watching the President on local Fox, everyone should watch Monday night's FACTOR on Fox in re-runs at 11:00 pm or tune in at 8:00 p.m.

O' Reilly/The Factor really does real viewer email. Have we got Hannity & Colmes covered by email? Colmes is a liberal but this may be too much for him too. Kimmie, please ping the list. FV

yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again.

I thought that this is why it was set to be removed 10/15--to give her a chance. Forgive me for not scrolling down for the answer in the comments, but I don't have the time today.

Well, we shouldn't be surprised so much is swept under the rug. It would be interesting to see how much the Right toDie people have contributed to the coffers of the relevant politicians.

Then the precedent will be set for any and all that reside in FL (and beyond).

And JBush by his inaction is making it ALL POSSIBLE!!! His hands are not tied.

The god of this present world trying to stretch the human conscience beyond the simple rules
God laid down for us ..in stone and in our hearts
Satan did it with making extra marital sex and abortion acceptable so naturally he wants the conscience stretched again and again...until it is no more...and man no longer remembers who it is he was made by...for and why

BTTT to hit 1000. Another day that Fla AG Crist does not intervene in the Federal Case. 2 down, 4 days to go.

Please don't call AG Crist, anyone.

Just keep praying that he doesn't intervene for the state. He'd have to argue that Florida's exit protocols are just fine, even if he doesn't feel that way personally.

Terri needs an independent guardian ad litem and a wide open investigation! Pray for that too.
