FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
UNION THUGS SAVAGELY ATTACK COLLEGE KIDS AT A GRAY DAVIS SPEECH FOR SUPPORTING PROP 54, PROP 54 CAMPAIGN CHAIR WARD CONNERLY DECLARES IT AN OUTRAGE
SACRAMENTO, CALIF.--Ward Connerly, chairman of the Yes on Proposition 54 campaign, angrily denounced the savage attack several men from an unidentified union and carrying No on Prop 54 signs unleashed on six college students.
The students, all members of the California College Republicans and in their early 20s, were peacefully protesting at a voter-registration rally held in south Los Angeles and featuring Governor Gray Davis and former Vice President Al Gore. The students stood respectfully outside and carried Yes on Prop 54 signs.
They were approached by a gang of men, all wearing union shirts and carrying No on Prop 54 signs, who began verbally harassing them and physically intimidating them by holding their signs over those of the students, standing threateningly close and following them when the students tried to retreat to a safe distance. They also shouted down the students with racial slurs and called one of the female students a white-washed Mexican.
Then about 15 of the No on 54 thugs surrounded two girls, hit them in the face and pulled their hair. Another student who tried to rescue the girls got punched in the back. Finally, all of the students managed to escape to their car and drive away, all the while being followed and yelled at by their bullying attackers. Representatives of the media, including the Los Angeles Times, NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN were present, but its unclear how much of the attack they witnessed.
I cannot express enough my disgust and contempt for brutes who express their political beliefs by beating up on anyone, especially young females, said Mr. Connerly. My sympathies go out to the students who had to endure this outrage. They are extremely courageous people who stand up and declare their beliefs, even at risk of bodily harm. Im proud they stand among the supporters of Prop 54.
Prop 54 will bar the state and all local California governments from classifying individuals by race in the areas of public education, employment, contracting and most other government operations. Reasonable exemptions exist for medical research subjects and patients, racial classifications required by federal law or for federal funds and certain activities of law enforcement. The state legislature, by a two-thirds vote and with the governors approval, can vote to exempt any other reasonable area. Also, the Department of Fair Housing and Employment will receive a 10-year sun-setting exemption.
Members of the media wishing for more information on the attack or who want to get in touch with any of the students can do so by contacting the Yes on Prop 54 office. For more information on Prop 54, please go to www.racialprivacy.org.

Excellent suggestion regarding the video cameras.
You took my point about providing security in excatly the way in which I failed to fully explain it: I'm not necessarily advocating armed security.
It's usually not needed when dealing with bullies.
Then again, any gals out there, ask a few of your beefier conservative boy-type-friends to go along with you. It seems from the article that these were a group of young ladies execising their constitutional rights by themselves.
It's infinitely more fun with mebers of the opposite sex along.

You need to gather in huge numbers so the union thugs will not batter the women and kill the men.
5 isnt enough, 20-30 yes.
I applaud their bravery.
Yes, people need to be prepared for fights, get camera crews to make sure that idiots will get photographed.

I try not to talk to the UCLA undergrads unless absolutely necessary, especially because the Bruin Republicans are pretty squishy.
UCLA has a YAF group, though, I think.
I like my law school ivory tower, thank you.

Remember the incident in Philly a couple of years ago? I wasn't a freeper then .. But I do remember watching it on the 11:00 news here that night.
I wish I could say I am surprised at the actions from the Unions .. But I'm not .. I've heard too many union stories from Philly to know better

A video camera AND a .357 tucked in the waistband just in case. I don't hold truck with ANY union thug that uses strongarm tactics.
Personally, I would view ANY unionist inclined to such actions as a criminal intent on harm and as an armed citizen, that would be a VERY touchy situation.
The RAT's better come up with a better vanguard of their faith. The time has come where their blood banners might get splattered.

I hold the Clintons personally responsible for this outrage.

"......several men from an unidentified union...."
I fully support Prop.54 and Ward Connerly, however, how is it known that the bumbs who attacked the women were union members if the term unidentified is needed.

If Senator Rico Oller's Leg Director, and Barbara Lee's 1996 Senate opponent could be a member of the YRs in Law School so can you.
You need to march in there with a bunch of conservative insurgents and take the group back.

I hold the Kronton's responsible for everything - including the lack of toilet paper in public restrooms. In truth though, the rot existed LONG before the dark things took control of forces of evil.
The search for a suitable KRYPTONITE continues...

I've got the Federalist Society to meddle with.
The undergraduates are like weird, alien peons. Not only do I not understand their fashion or their noise music, they all look like they're 12 years old. It's hard to take that seriously.
NOW, YOU DAMN KIDS, GET OFF MY LAWN!

The first step is to bring video cameras. I'd make that the second step. The first step would be to arm yourself. Firearm would work best but given it's a panty waste, gunphobic state, a baseball bat will probably have to suffice.

in the current climate, personal arms would be impractical - recipe for going to jail and making the unionistas into heroes.
I would suggest hardshell armor.
