Kennedy obfuscates on charges of Bush bribery

Just saw the driver of the millenium on CNN's Inside Politics and he was asked directly for proof of his charge of bribery. He went into a rant about "coercion" and "loans to Turkey" being made.

We all know what's going to happen:

Nobody will really challenge Kennedy on his lie.

Some time will pass.

In a few weeks/months several DemoRat presidential candidates will begin fitting the word bribery into their stump speeches.

This new "fact", that Bush bribed foreign leaders to support us in the Iraq War, will pass into the historical record as gospel truth.

I love it how Uncle Teddy accused the President of concocting the plans to attack Iraq in Texas. I'd say Mr. Kennedy is the king of concoction, especially after hiding out in his Edgartown hotel room and concocting a story to tell the police about how Mary Jo died.

Kennedy talked about the Bush administration being adrift. Seems to me adrift would be better than submerged as Mary Jo was. Kennedy does not do well with liquids - fermented or otherwise. He needs to keep his drooling mouth closed.

I didn't say I was a Dem (of course I'm not) but I said that he was 'hurting the Democrats' and should take a lesson from Congressman Marshall of GA who said that all the negative reporting on the War in iraq is endangering our brave troops!

I told him that I am not a 'confused' American...I know why we are in Iraq & that it requires sacrifices.....that I remember his brother's statement about 'Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.' I said he needs to support the President in the effort to protect Americans from terror!
