QATAR (Talon News) -- Democrat presidential candidate Howard Dean has links on his campaign website to the various news stories that cover his campaign. He does not, however, have a link to a story that ran in the September 11th copy of Aljazeera.net where the candidate is quoted attacking President George W. Bush.
During debates and on the stump, Dean has been an outspoken and unapologetic critic of Bush and his policies and his unrelenting attacks have now caught the attention of the Arab world's leading newspaper: Al Jazeera.
In a story that ran in the paper's online English language edition on 9/11, reporter Shaheen Chughtai writes, "Howard Dean ... has blamed the president for transforming the 'tidal wave of support and goodwill that engulfed us after the tragedy of 9/11' into "distrust, scepticism, and hostility".
The article (web link), "Two years later: A more dangerous world," examines whether America's actions following the 9/11 attacks have made the world safer or given rise to more violence.
Dean's comments are the only ones coming from the field of nine Democrat presidential challengers.
Shaheen Chugtai writes, "After the United States overthrew the Taliban in Afghanistan and then ousted Saddam Hussein in Iraq, President George Bush assured his compatriots the world was a safer place. But two years and two foreign wars after 9/11 triggered Bush's War on Terror, Americans do not feel safer, according to a US survey. While US troops are busy fighting "terror" abroad, their compatriots are often terrified back home."
The article continues, "Worse still, Bush's so-called War on Terror is creating more hostility, thus raising the risk of attacks against the US - a catastrophic policy failure."

With candidates like these, who needs enemies? This one in particular is a traitor, just like the guy he wants to place in his administration if he's elected--Heaven help us all if that happens.

It is funny how the demoCREEPs conveniently forget about what being stately is. Forget about politics ending at the waters edge.
Instead, here is a demoCREEP candidate of President feeding the terrorist propaganda machine known as Al-Jerkzera.
Howie: please jump off of a cliff, you treasonous son-of-a-b*tch.

We have to stop blaming Dean and the rest of the Democrats for taking it to the President.
After all, unless they criticize the President strongly on the conduct of the War on Terrorism and Iraq, there is no way they will be able to hurt his standing with the electorate.
Unless they chip away at the President's successes, they will not be able to seriously contest him in the fall election.
Therefore it is neceessary to tear down the President and work to the detriment of the country, or there will not be a viable Democratic contender in 2004.
And what's more important, success against the terrorists, or success for the Democratic Party in 2004?
They really have no choice.

When do WE have a choice?
Is it to be Dean vs. Pres Bush-PLOwell?
When do WE have choice to finally protect AMERICA AFTER THE 911 ATROCITIES
and take out the terrorists and stop their supporters? ....

Looks like aid and comfort to the enemy. Looks that way to me too. Of course, they'll claim it's about free speech. Too bad the Republicans don't get the free speech pass. I'm really sick of the double standard.

I wish Ted Kennedy would take Howard Dean for a date and a drive.

'Hamas' Howard must be pleased.

AGREED!
Kinda sad that these democrats, but Dean and Kerry in particular, lack the necessary 'GRAVITAS' to understand the harm they do to our TROOPS and NATION when they attempt to cover a successful campaign to rid the world of filthy terrorists in order to scare political favor with President Bush hating groups.
These are not men of good character, nor are they statesmen who understand the importance of words.
Instead of doing their ambitious campaigning on presenting their IDEAS, they attempt to tear down what is obviously successful, subverting our nation's drive to rout out and destroy terrorists, wherever they are found, in our national security effort to protect this precious land and the lands of others.
I abhor their feed to our enemies. I abhor their attempts to crush the spirits of our troops.
And, again, if EVER there was a lack of so called ' gravitas it is to be found in the rhetoric of the wimps running for the dem party nomination.
This lot, like their predecessor, clinton the rapist in chief, are demonstrating an immense lack of character, depth, vision and love of country.
But for sure.....the terrorists who hear from Al Jerkzera (lol) will admire them....maybe that is what they truly desire? You know-SCREW the USA TROOPS and make love to the TERRORISTS!
The DNC is criminal enterprise.

Looks like aid and comfort to the enemy.
And a country where the President cannot be criticized looks like a democracy?
To: Mr. Mojo
The fact that Al Jazeera is even quoting him is very telling. This article is a keeper for the Republican strategists because it applies to all of the rat candidates. They are all giving aid and comfort to the enemy every time they bash the President and the American people need to know this.

But don't forget, they support our troops.

They have the right to criticize the President - but they can at least do it with some shred of dignity. There is nothing wrong with respectful, constructive criticism.
