Dean's an idiot talking about business and economic development. I hate when liberals talk economics. Small businesses and large businesses both create jobs. Why be biased towards small business. My city is on a real rebound. All kinds of businesses coming back thanks to the GOP mayor and city council. The small businesses are hiring 10 or 15 at a pop. The big chains and franchises and corporations are hiring 300 to 1500 at a pop.
