Don't know what all they are showing... but to me without a doubt one of the most moving things was the CBS show called 911 which was basically that film of those two French guys doing a documentary at the time.
I still can't forget hearing folks die who jumped... or for that matter looking at all of those firemen/cheifs on their phones in the Lobby of (tower 1 I think it was) and seeing how frantically they were working... and knowing that all of em were going to die within minutes of the taping.
Heroes... every one of em.
Sure wished CBS would have bleeped out the profranity (as I'd kinda like my kids to see it and they're still young). But other than the language issue (for those with kids), it is definitely worth watching. Just yet another very good reminder of the who the heros are and what the villans are willing to do.

What I would like to be able to set up is several hard drives with video streams synchonized with each other connected to multiple large screen monitors. That way it would be possible to compare the coverage of several networks as it unfolded in real time.

Saw this too late, it is almost over. I hope they show it again. I am in the Pacific time zone.

I saw part of it, I think everyone should see it at least yearly in perpetuity so that we never lose our anger and resolve to wipe those slimy no good terrorist scum from the face of the earth.

Did anyone else watch the A&E special the other night? It was called 7 Days or something like that?
The first hour or so was riveting, I cried multiple times. Then after that I noticed a definite "left leaning" theme.
It started by showing President Clinton (who actually, in my opinion was pretty good during the immediate aftermath), when asked if we were going to war with Afgahnistan said something to the effect of "The President will decide that, after an investigation". But soon they started showing all of the "peace" lovers fighting with the "war" lovers. They also never mentioned or showed President Bush, and only one quick audio of Mayor Guilliani.
I was pretty disappointed by the end of the two hour special. It gave the impression that we deserved this, and if we don't start treating the Arabs with respect we will be doomed to Hell.
Maybe it was only my impression, but I couldn't believe the lack of conservative opinions.

Their ratings must be worse than I thought.
