Good intelligence info.
History show that it is prudent to scout potential enemies before conflict begins.

It's a nice house with a GREAT VIEW. Why shouldn't it be featured in a magazine on homes. The house doesn't get to pick the person who lives in it. The White House was beautiful even when Clinton lived there.

It is hardly a secret that many prominent British, American and European citizens were quite enamored with what Hitler, and his Nazis, were doing in Germany, prior, of course, to the hostilities of WWII.

The author - William George Fitzgerald published quite a bit including this study of Jefferson:
Reference: 1889 Author: Phayre, Ignatius [Fitzgerald, William George] Title: "The Apostle of Unrestraint" Publication: Can America Last? A Survey of the Emigrant Empire from the Wilderness to World Power, Together with Its Claims to "Sovereignty" in the Western Hemisphere from Pole to Pole Publisher: J. Murray Place of Publication: London Date: (1933) Extent: 127-41
Notes: TJ, "a muddled mischief-maker," is responsible for almost everything the author dislikes about the U. S.

That is Eagles Nest, Hitler's hideaway. I visited there in 1981....it's a big tourist attraction. You can't get in the hideaway...it's roped off. I tell you, I have never seen a more breathtaking site of alps. I believe the elevator that took you to the top was completely gold. The man was dispicable (sp?) but the hideaway was incredible.

This photo caption is chilling...
Hitler's Fine-Panelled Study: It was here, on the right, that the recent momentous interview between the Fuhrer and Mr. Chamberlain took place.
In other words, the actual room in which Satan was appeased and millions were condened to death. This reminds me of how Arafat has been and continues to be feted by the European elite, when he should be arrested, tried and hung this very day.

Sorry for the second post but another thought, after reading some of the other posts.
A friend of mind rode up to the top of the Eagle's Nest a few years ago, in the very elevator that Hitler used. She said it is one of the most beautiful views she had ever seen - it made her think of the awesomeness of God, but the creepy thing is she also said that while riding in the elevator, she felt a demonic presence. I believe her. I'm sure Evil, pure Evil still lives there.
