I imagine you're here representing not the 'Black September' brigade, but the 'Whited Sepulcher' platoon.
You certainly appear qualified to be their spokesman, I'll give you that.

Since lifetimer pol Tom MadClintock was an adult at that time and according to the LA Times article (August 25, 2003 by Daryl Kelley) fervently pro-military and pro-Vietnam War around that time, can you state what branch of the military that he joined and the terms of service? Tom McClintock was 13 years-old when the Vietnam War ended, sweet cheeks.

make me think you are the liberal, playing the devil's advocate I'd rather have an honest liberal (don't worry, there is no such thing), Boy for one part of this rant against the "weakminded social conservatives" you are actually more honest than you realized. So you blast social conservatives in some off topic rant (in a loudmouth way) then end by some bizzare stream of consciouness calling me the "real" liberal. Pathetic.
See this is why I don't trust you Social Liberals, you have 0 credability because you just make bold face lies just like that, without a twitch of a human Conscience, because you don't have any values, like a higher power commanding you to not lie, other than whatever YOU want. And YOU want (R)nold, so this article has made you have a temper tantrum all over this thread because everyone and everything else can go to hell. That makes perfect sense only to you.
Anybody else on the board wish to defend what this "68 grunt" opines about social conservatives? I'm curious to see.

It was not just about the perjury. People were not all over Clinton about having sex - it was about his having sex while married, beating up women, lieing about it, covering it up, perjuring himself about it, and a whole bunch of other things. By making it all "about sex" you are simply parroting the Democrat line - a strange thing indeed to be doing here.
You guys are obsessed with the sex part, and that is ok. But that is not what caused Clinton's troubles, not by a long shot, and it won't hurt Arnold. Watch events unfold and learn to say "Governor Schwarzenegger."

I think it's sad that we are treated like infants, don't you? Of course, we should discuss what he said and what the politcal fallout or boon will be. I think this just sealed his victory in California!

I agree. I think California will be lost for decades though if the Republicans end up losing this. There will be hard feelings on this one. If the party tries to force McClintock out, and Arnold still ends up losing, watch out.
If McClintock stays in, and Cruz wins, the left wing of the party is going to scream at the McClintock wing, who are going to end up screaming back. This election might end up hurting the GOP worse than the dems. No matter what happens. If Gray Davis beats the recall, the GOP is a joke. If Cruz beats Arnold, the GOP is a joke. If Arnold wins, he has a disaster on his hands with the budget, and mass protests from conservatives when he signs gun banning legislation, civil ceremonies, banning oil drilling and the like.
The only positive victory for the GOP I can see here is McClintock winning. The moderates would stay in line with him if he won. He would do tough things, be unpopular for doing them, but in the end right the sinking ship.
I do not see social conservatives sitting on their hands while Arnold passes a bunch of liberal social legislation.

Amazing that the people who brought this country to the point of excusing what went on in the Oval Office in the 90s now want to turn the tables and try to shame Ahnuld for what he did as a single man...
To: texasbluebell
All single men have group sex, smoke dope, pose naked in gay magazines, and discuss their genitalia in magazines. Everybody does it!

I'm not a liberal, I'm a libertine. You're just afraid you daughter is next. You don't trust me, I don't trust you, so what? I still haven't attacked McC and you attack AS almost every post. You seem to support bustamante. I'll draw my own conclusions while you try to muster the holy flock.

He was young and dumb and full of .... I really am not offended by this. It was the Seventies and he was talking to a French magazine. I'm over it. Let's be adults, Reagan was known for having an interesting sense of humor. Don't you think Dubya and Dick tell each other some off color jokes? Sure it's not appropriate for kids, but adults do things like that.

Bizarre. The dissolution of the Roman Republic bizarre and its parallels to today not worthy of consideration? This is a tale of dissolute behavior long ago from one who turned into a family man and put away that kind of lifestyle. He straightened out (unlike the clinton examples some keep harking to where the depravity increased).
To: DoughtyOne
I wonder if Anie is well endowed. The only thing that coiuld lose him votes is if they have a nude pic of him and he's hung like a pimple.

I know atheists and pagans with better character than Arnold. You are maintaining he engages in the behavior described in the article to this very day?
To: ambrose
I find it extraordinary that the Left is digging through his past when they argued about the sacredness of one's private life--the Left's hypocrisy is outrageous.

I don't have a daughter, to threatening to do whatever you are talking about is of course silly, and really weird. I also don't support Busta, and I have no flock.
See I can say things like this, and people can believe it, (not hyper partisans like you, but normal people) because I, unlike you, don't lie.

It would be funny to intersperse posts from Freepers who are outraged by the removal of the 10 Commandements from the Alabama courthouse with those from Freepers excusing Arnold's "youthful indescretions" because "everybody did it" back in the '70s. Some heads might just explode from trying to justify the hypocrisy.

President Bush *NEVER* used illegal drugs. That is a bald-faced *LIE* perpetrated by the *MEDIA*. I am *DISAPPOINTED* that any Freeper would fall for that one. Has Bush ever said he NEVER used drugs? I'm not aware that he has.

Hey, I resent that, I've never smoked dope!!!
