Sorry I can find it right off for you. I'll try and find it though.Ditto. Mine was a quick google.
Several things are know however.
1) The plurality of the Hispanic population in California is unique to the US and is seriously underestimated for several obvious reasons.
2)Hispanics are becomming politically active at a much faster rate than the general population because historically they have not participated.
3)The Hispanic vote hasn't been catalized before in a manner that it could be if Bustamante's war chest is used almost exclusively on the burgeoning Spanish language media outlets in California and the culture card is played.

He didn't say he would not raise taxes. He said "you can never say never." He has refused to sign the tax pledges. Take a look at the press conference.

Arnie is going to Win this thing.........If Arnie wins, it might help Bush take California next year, think?

I'm not writing from Indiana, either. You'll notice I'm in exile.

Oh, I notice my location of "in exile" no longer shows up in the profile.

Yes--I'm asking what the advantage is of Arnold over those two. I don't think most of his supporters here can name a single issue they agree with him on.
To: ElkGroveDan
We here at FR worship the ground that liberal Arnold walks on. This is a joke, right?

McClintock's best chance to win is with Arnie in the race. That is like saying that Bush 41's best chance was to have Perot in the race.
The way things are going, there is a real possiblity that the total votes given to McClintock and Schwarzeneggar together will be more than twice the votes given to Bustamante.
At that point, if conservatives elect Schwarzeneggar as their man, over the conservative and deserving McClintock, they will "get what they deserve." What a tragedy.

I further expect his supporters to fail to widen that support to middle-of-the-roaders, because they don't grasp how to do it, or why to do it. Indeed, they are so abrasive and disrespectful of people, that they repell potential voters. But you can't talk to them about it, because they just don't get it.Considering you may need them as much as they need you (assuming you're an Arnold supporter), you'd be wise to take your own advice.
As a McClintock supporter, I'm leaving open the option of holding my nose and voting for Schwarzenegger for the benefit of the party and the President in '04. But the more posts like yours that I read, the less of an option it becomes.

What a tragedy., A TRAGEDY! aren't we get a little melodramatic here folks? Have you ever had a TRAGEDY in your life? I have, and I sure don't compare it to losing an election! Jeez...

This is a joke, right? Yes it's a joke. Arnold is a liberal puke.

(It's time for Arnold to stop splitting the Republican vote and step aside for the good of the party)

I am a McClintock supporter. Over generalizations are tendentious. McClintock has some potential to widen his support in debates, because he is clearly the most qualified candidate to deal with fiscal issues going away. He knows about state finances in California inside and out. And this election is about fiscal issues. At present, I am not clear in my mind that Arnold will even show up. I'm watching and waiting myself. My quite liberal brother will vote for McClintock if he is in the hunt. He knows, as do I, that this election is about honestly counting the beans, and then trying to reduce the number of beans that are going down the toilet.
