Day Before 10 Commandments D-Day: Ambassadore Keyes on Hannity

Posted on 08/19/2003 3:01:13 PM PDT by Arthur Wildfire! March

Alan Keyes is calling on everyone within driving distance to rally in Alabama with him-- a candlelight vigil tomorrow at 7:00 PM. Keyes is fired up about this. Mike Savage is fired up about this. Hannity asked Ambassadore Keyes if Judge Roy Moore might land in jail. Keyes replied, "Only if I go to jail with him!"

Judge Roy Moore will be on Hannity tomorrow night. Whoever can't go [I can't go-- wish I could], please pray for these patriots.

The Church has always preached against astrology.

Jeremiah in Chapter 10 verse 2 writes:

"Learn not the way of the unbelievers, nor be dismayed at the signs of the stars because the nations are dismayed at them, for the beliefs of these people are false."

When Daniel was confronted by the astrologers of the Assyrians, or Babylonians, from which we have inherited astrology, Daniel answered:

"no wise men, enchanters, magicians or astrologers can show to the King Nebuchadnezzer the mystery which he has asked, but only God in Heaven, · Who reveals all mysteries . . ."

I believe I finally understand your problem with the Decalogue. However you can be assured that your have nothing to be concerned about. There is no specific commandment against onanism. Your habit is safe, however if I were you, I would still wear protection.

"Religious freedom and impartiality are guaranteed by the Constitution.

And here's the Chief Magistrate of Alabama openlty stating that he's NOT impartial.

That the only way one can expect Justice in his Alabama Court is to invoke the God of Judeo-Christian beliefs.

"To suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own." -- Thomas Jefferson

I caught a piece of Keyes' address, and was stunned by his passion and delivery. Very effective, moving speaker. I intend to watch for him in the future.

God has no place for cowards in his kingdom. It is now time to get off of your knees and act like a man. Muslims believe in prayer, but they are also willing to die for Allah.<> We have a satanic federal judge who has ordered the removal of the Ten Commandments from a public building -- an act of High Treason. Our rights come from God, not from the government.<> Also, nowhere in the Constitution has the power to determine what is constitutional been given to the federal government. This means that this power is reserved for the states, or to the people -- the Tenth Amendment.<> Now is the time to draw the line and confront satan. Allowing him to remove these commandments would be an admission of defeat. And like Judas, a betrayal of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We wage war not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers -- the Bible.<> Article III of the U.S. Constitution: No where does it indicate that the Supreme Court, much less the lesser courts have the authority to 'interpret' the constitution. The SC took this on its own in the late 1700's and the other branches (Legislative and Executive) abrogated their responsibilities by not calling the court to task.<> ARTICLE III<> Section 1.<> The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may, from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.<> Section 2.<> The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made or which shall be made under their authority; to all cases affecting ambas- sadors, other public ministers and consuls; to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; to controversies to which the United States shall be a party; [to controversies between two or more states, between a state and citizens of another state, between citizens of different states, between citizens of the same state, claiming lands under grants of different states and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.] < In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be a party, the supreme court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before-mentioned, the supreme court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.<> The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.<> AMENDMENT XI<> Passed by Congress March 4, 1794. Ratified February 7, 1795.<> The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens of another State, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state.<> You will notice that the 'inferior' courts exist at the sufferance of Congress. Many people assume (wrongly) that the District Courts are part of the three legs of the U.S. Government. Not true. The Supreme Court is that judicial leg. The Congress has control over the District Courts if they desired to exercise their constitutional authority.<>

I am still dumbfounded. The impartiality of the judiciary along with the rule of law are the foundations of a free nation. Yet every judge on the face of the earth has some views on religion. To the extent that one succeeds in being impartial has nothing to do with whether he or she displays some sort of tribute to and reminder of the foundations of morality in our culture.

"The monument serves to remind the appellate courts and judges of the circuit and district courts of this state and members of the bar who appear before them as well as the people of Alabama who visit the Alabama Judicial Building of the truth stated in the preamble of the Alabama Constitution that in order to establish justice we must invoke 'the favor and guidance of Almighty God"-- Judge Moore's comments at the dedication of the monument.

Constitution State of Alabama

When people are willing to go to jail for their faith, that gets God's attention

This damn well better get the attention of Bush and Ashcroft, and they better think twice before trying to enforce the illegal court orders in violation of the 10th Amendment.

Millions of Americans must go to Alabama to support the freedom given to us by the Lord and codified in the Constitution. Judge Moore must not remove the momument, NOR must be pay a single dime of "fines" imposed by an illegal order by the Clintonista Marxists in the Circuit court. Congress must defund any and all attempts to enforce a court order in this matter. Ashcroft better not even think of sending a single marshall or FBI agent to Alabama to meddle in this purely state affair. If Bush tries to enforce the satanic rule of the courts in this matter, I and everyone I know in my large circle will do everything in our power to oppose his reelection. DON'T MESS WITH GOD.

As to the topic, what will the USSC do when this baby lands in its lap?

Who gives a crap what Sandra Dee and her merry band of Sodomists have to say. We don't need that bitch to read us the 10th Amendment. It is quite clear what it says: STAY OUT FEDERAL A$$HOLES!

We the American people must stand up to any and all Federal attempts to remove that monument. By any means neccessary. And if Bush stands with the atheiests on this matter and allows enforcement, he will lose God's grace and pass from history's stage like a shadow.

What do you know of our politicians here? Don't be suckered by his act. He has been calculating every step of the way.

My wife is from Alabama, has worked in Alabama politics, has met Justice Moore, and agrees with others here that you are indeed an idiot. Accept the truth with dignity.

Houston, another conservative, cited the famous words of United States v. Lee: "No man in this country is so high that he is above the law. No officer of the law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All of the officers of the government, from the highest to the lowest, are creatures of the law and bound to obey it."

This quote reminds me more of the Clintonista Marxists Justices who perverted the Constitution and the 1st and 10th Amendments in their rulings against Moore, and not Moore himself. Funny how Justices can't be impeached for distortion of the Constitution, such as creating a "right to privacy" out of whole cloth.

If Moore were a Justice who refused to comply with the 19th Century "Dredd Scott" USSC decision, he could have been impeached. But he would have been dead right. So is it the case here.

The American people are the ultimate arbiters of the law, not the courts. Enforcement by the pimps of the athiest lobby must be thwarted at every level using any means necessary, whether that means confronting the Alabama A.G. or the President. If the Sodomists on the USSC pervert the 10th Amendment as they have so thoroughly trashed the others, than We The People must create a new Amendment, barring the government from any involvment whatsoever in the religious affairs of any state of the union.
