It is still going on, it is up in Canada. I am trying to find a report online about it. ABC has been talking about it. So far they are ok, but some are as far down as 4000ft and will have to climb out since the power is off and the miner lifts run on electric.

listening to an interview on WNBC with a Con Ed guy. Very very evasive. Its either something they are trying to coverup (sabotage), or some kind of monumental act of human error that initiated a trip of all automatic systems.
