Update:
NRC: 9 Nukes (Nuclear Plants) Knocked Off Line by Blackout
http://reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=businessNews&storyID=3281671 SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Thursday said nine nuclear reactors in four U.S. states were shut following a massive blackout that hit the Northeast United States and Canada.
"At this point, we have nine reactors that are offline. And there is no timeline as to when these will return to service," NRC spokesman Scott Burnell said.
Burnell said the reactors are in New York, New Jersey, Ohio and Michigan.

Bush back on FOX from San Diego. Don't know if he will comment, it's a fundraiser.

OMGoodness, now Hillary is on the phone! Of course. The crisis is being resolved, it is safe to make a statement.
What the heck is wrong with David Lee Miller on Fox. I've seen two reports from him with this ominous tone and reporting how "patience is starting to diminish" and "People are hungry and thirsty and starting to panic". In the mean time people behind him look relaxed and calm. He just spoke with two women and asked a loaded question in a hurried and hyped voice ending with "...and who do you blame?". The women calmly smiled and basically said "we're dealing with it". This left Miller to turn to the camera and saying not everybody felt that way and while people may still be calm their patience was starting to dwindle.
HUH?

She'll probably take a tax write-off for tonight, since she couldn't hustle any books due to the outage.
To: Petronski
Yep, watching it, too... Gray Davis on CNN with Queen Hillary on the phone. She is saying that she has always said that we need to invest more in our power infrastructure but that "this administration" doesn't see it that way.

Hitlery is also trying to do a "that's what I said and more" to try and top President Bush's earlier statements. Not even a good try.

They had Bush on -- he is speaking at his fundraiser, then they quit covering him and started to cover Bloomberg. :(
