Some lights and power are coming back on in NY as we speak. You can see lights in buildings now.Probably a hospital with its own generators or a building with emergency lights still working.

MSNBC is relieved. They finally found a fire.

Probably a hospital with its own generators or a building with emergency lights still working.These were skyscrapers and it looked like rooms were well lit on a few floors. So yeah, it could be generators. But CNN did say "some power coming back on".
