Ok, check this out. CA today did a random drawing of letters to determine the order of names on the ballot. Outlined in detail the thread in the above source. In post#38, Freeper BushCountry noted the wierdest thing, that this completely random drawing process ended up with F and L being the last 2 letters.
Here is the entire order resulting from a random drawing of lettered balls(like in a lottery drawing):
1-R
2-W
3-Q
4-O
5-J
6-M
7-V
8-A
9-H
10-B
11-S
12-G
13-Z
14-X
15-N
16-T
17-C
18-I
19-E
20-K
21-U
22-P
23-D
24-Y
25-F
26-L

Just a couple of questions:
Will all of the candidates running for CA Gubinator be listed on the same page?
If more than one page is needed, will the voters who forgot to turn the page be "disenfranchised"?

Actually this ballot order was not randomed, but fixed as a message to the Manchurian candidate. It can now be used to decode the secret number string that has been overwhelming computers for the last two weeks and baffling experts.
That number string is:
19, 8, 16, space, 6, 4, 1, 19, space, 4, 7, 8, 26, 16, 18, 15, 19

It's an omen, Cali Repubs, best watch those ballot boxes, or they will end up with another Demoncrat Gov. I pray if Demoncrats attempt a repeat of the fraud they committed in Florida, that the lid is blown off the ballot box in such a way that it leaves no question as to Demoncrats violation of the will of the people.

I believe that the F L at the end means it will take as long to read the ballot as it did to tally the Florida 2000 vote!

Hey where's Nostradamus when you need him? Does any one know if he predicted this recall election would happen five centuries ago? Here it is:
In the land of nuts and flakes
An angry revolt is held.
Fire and brimstone, the death of a donkey.
Hasta la vista, baby.

It will if the democrats have anything to do with it!

Sorry to disappoint your numerology, but the list that was published today is just the STARTING POINT...
Apparently, EACH of the eighty Assembly districts in California will be assigned a VARIATION on that basic list, so that ALL of the 26 possible variations of this basic theme will be in use SOMEWHERE in this state on October 7.

Drawing determines alphabetical order for Oct. 7 ballot
By Jim Wasserman
ASSOCIATED PRESS
1:59 p.m., August 11, 2003
The first letter chosen was R, followed by W, Q and O.
The six-minute grab bag of letters seemed more like a lottery drawing than a routine process, which is done every election to help erase the estimated 5 percent advantage a candidate gets from being at the top of the ballot, Secretary of State Kevin Shelley said.
The letters H, B and S, were drawn as eighth, ninth and tenth, [my correction: 9th, 10th, 11th] meaning that some high-profile candidates, commentator Arianna Huffington, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger will be relatively near each other on most ballots.
But as the Shelley's office continues to certify finalists for the ballot, the precise order won't be known until late Wednesday when Shelley certifies how many of the 195 candidates who submitted papers will make the official ballot.
Shelley said Monday the office has qualified 96 candidates and is reviewing the paperwork submitted by 99 more.
The lottery-style alphabetical system will rotate names on 80 different ballots in each of the state's Assembly districts.
Under the system, candidates who start near the top in ballots used in northern California will shift to the bottom in southern California and work their way toward the middle, possibly for ballots in the 24 voter-rich Assembly districts of Los Angeles...
