Update for Freepers...
"Piglet" is doing wonderful! He drank from a bottle twice today and the medical staff says he's a "natural"! He was measured out 25cc's, but had to have both bottles finished via the feeding tube because he goes at the drinking process so hard, it tires him out! LOL No wonder he's getting "chunky" arms :)
His weight is back down to 4 lbs. 2.1 oz, but that's because of the Lasix. He is receiving 30% oxygen in the isolette, and that's a big drop from what he had. They had thought about moving him to an open crib and putting the canula back on him, but Beth requested that they leave him where he is. His little nose is so sore and irritated from the canula. It just needs time to heal.
Just to let all of our Freeper friends in on a secret.. "Uncle TC" is such a regular visitor, that Logan is now scheduled to receive him as a guest at 4 pm. When TC doesn't show up, his mommy has to stand in as a substitue because this little guy is wide awake and listening for that deep voice to talk to him. Honest! That's what the nurses told Beth today.
But fear not, he's blasting back through town tomorrow on his way to somewhere else.. it's only about 200 miles out of the way for TC to come see him...... but that's nothing in Texas. Remember the song.."There's Miles and Miles of Texas". You don't go anywhere without going on a trip to get there!! TC tells Logan that he holds him for all the Freepers who have come to love him, who have prayed so hard for him and who are so thankful to God for the blessings of continued well being for Logan. And the baby just grins and smiles at him. I think these 2 have a secret between them. Oh Gosh! That could be dangerous! TC has already promised the Texas Termite a ride in his big truck. We'll have to put out a "Logan Alert"!
Tomorrow Logan has another eye exam. We are anxious about it, but hopeful that all is fine. He appears to have vision. Please God, let it be so.
Thursday, he will get his first set of innoculations. Poor baby. He is always getting stuck by something! His little foot is even blue from where they took his CBC blood this last time. I guess it was bruised somehow. But they have cared so gently for this infant, we certainly can find no fault in anyone.
Many have expressed concern for the remaining triplets. Both are holding their own at the present, and as before, the littlest is having the least problems. The one that is Logan's size when she was born is the one that's having a harder time. But they are still with us.... and we continue to pray for them and all others for their well being and that God's graces will be shown upon them.
Logan's family again continues to be amazed by the love for this little one that the Freeper family has given. And Logan and his mommy pray every night for the special needs of his Freeper family, especially little Ryan, and Faith.
On a final note.... Yesterday as TC and I were standing by Logan's isolette, he was fast asleep. We watched him for a full 30 minutes as he slept and the entire time he smiled, and grinned and rested like only one of God's little angles can rest. Little did Logan know that his smile brings such happiness who share in the joy as he is today. And without all of your prayers.... without our kind and wonderful God... none of this would be possible. And a special thanks to Brad's Gramma for introducing Logan and our family to what we now consider our Freeper Family. A special Texas love hug is sent to BG and all of you..... Thank you :)

What a cute little bundle! He sure is a fighter. I wish him all the best and hope to hear continued good news as he overcomes his hurdles. Love to little Logan. He will probably be uncomfortable after his innoculations, but that is to be expected.

Heavenly Father, thank You for eternity, for then we will be free from the constraints of time ... such will be our praise to You, forever and ever. That God so merciful would give to Beth and Bud the precious life of Logan ... and that You would give to them a universe of prayer.
You are Lord of creation and Lord of my life; Lord of the land and the sea ... You were Lord of the heavens before there was time, And Lord of all lords You will be!
We bow down and we worship You, Lord ... We bow down and we worship You, Lord ... We bow down and we worship You, Lord ... Lord of all lords You will be!
Sleep well this night, little Logan, for tomorrow the Lord has great wonders for you to see.

Thank you for keeping us updated with news about what's happening and how Logan (BTW - I like the nickname - Termite better) is responding. I think it is great the amount of pictures we see with his eyes open. Maybe we could get one with him smiling?
I think Nana is correct. I think we may have to do a "Logan alert" whenever he goes for a ride with TC. Thank you TC for standing in for all of us who cannot be there to hold and soothe and support this baby.
