If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious
and this is her reply
A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years
but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen

I didn't know that it could involve his digestion. I will be praying that whatever the docs choose will be the right thing. The other boy I knew with this had no other symptoms. Little Logan boy, I so want you well. Prayers and hugs and kisses.

SHALOM!
Dear TheMom,
Just want you to know that I am Praying for both of You: Donna and Tom, also for Your Baby and Family.
January 3rd and 4th are Days that will be remembered by you in a very sad way, but they are The LORD'S Days.
We cannot always understand WHY? things happen when they do, but we do know that The LORD allows them to happen.
This does not lessen the Pain and Sorrow that you are in right now, but may I ask You...Can You Trust The LORD?...to take care of your Brother and Grandmother.
HE has made decisions to take your precious Brother and Grandmother Home to Heaven to be with HIM.
And HE has Not left you Comfortless, for HE is with You even now.
The LORD Sees your Tears and Knows your Heart, and HE Loves You so very, very much.
As Christians we do not mourn as the World mourns, for the World is without Hope because it rejects our LORD.
We have Yeshua/Jesus' Resurrection Power Alive inside of us and we know where and to Whom our Loved ones Belong.
This and Every Day is The Day that Our LORD has made, we can Rejoice in it even though our Hearts are Broken and Sad, because HE came to Give US Eternal Life.
Please take care of yourself, your Precious Baby and Family.
And know that we LOVE YOU and are lifting You up to The Throne of Grace and Tender Mercies.
In The NAME that is above ALL Names: Yeshua/Jesus our Messiah - The HOLY ONE of Israel.
Amen ~ and ~ Amen.

Hi, Simcha, thank you so much. Logan's thread is my feel good place since I came to FR...:)
Even when things aren't going well for some who come here, and they are filled with concern for themselves or their loved ones, I know there are caring hearts here who sincerely respond to the requests for prayers to the loving Creator of us all. There is just a lovliness of spirit here that is comforting and makes one glad to be a part of it. Plus TC and Nana keep us supplied with those adorable pictures of little Logan...I'm totally addicted!!
God's blessings for a happy new year. May He guide and keep you, and yours, in His providence.
To: TexasCowboy
I'm sorry to hear this. I'll be saying prayers. I know you will, but please let us know as soon as you have an update.

I know you do, Tonk...I know. Our dream is to have YOU in Texas next.
We have to get him up to snuff before ANY of us are going back, though.

Slap my mouth!
Hope he gets some relief to that sac swelling that must be horribly painful.
Much Prayer Lil Termite.
Also if anyone out there knows where I can find a used O2 monitor for a child in Idaho whose family does not have funds but can afford a used one.

Slap my mouth! LOL!!! Thanks for the prayers. I'll have to check around as to how to "advertise" your needs for that family. Have you tried the Idaho board here on FR?
