If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. He’s the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2” long.
He’s a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that he’s starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious…and this is her reply…” A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.”
On a personal note, I’ve read the emails daily from my friend. I’ve known her for years, I’ve heard her talking about her family for years…but I’ve got to tell you that I’m SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logan’s little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until he’s grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

God, TC now needs You to watch over him. He may not ask You for help, so we are. Please ease his pain, help him prepare for the upcoming surgery, guide the medical team who will be working on him, and help him through his recovery. Lord, we know that You won't give us a burden that You don't also give us the strength to carry...please make it so with our FRiend. Amen.

Agreeing with you in prayer for our Prayer Warrior and friend, TC.
Lord, you've told us that when two or three are gathered together in your name you are with us. We agree in prayer for TC's treatment, healing and relief of pain.

Lord, we come to You, lifting up our friend, asking that You bring him comfort and healing. Grant Your wisdom to the doctor and guide his hands as he diagnoses and treats TC. In the Name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Oh wow. THANKS for the update, BG. It hit me like a ton of bricks that TC is MIA. So often we take things for granted - like since I haven't seen him post in awhile, I just figured he was busy or else not on the same threads I read. You know what I mean?
T.C., if you're out there reading, and there's any way I can help, please, please just let me know. You have our number and don't hesitate to call! Hubby got a fantastic new hip at the Memorial City Hosp. I know it has a new name - just too much trouble to change my brain. Anyway, the doc is great so if you need his name.... Lawrence Likeover (sp?). He's in the Mem. Professional Bldg. That's close to your area too. He specializes in hips.
In the meantime, we'll be saying some special prayers for you, TC. Hang in there and keep your hand firmly planted in His.... He'll see you through!
