10 Commandments Rally

I received an e-mail yesterday from the Constitution Party (CP)/Alabama informing me of a 10 Commandments Rally scheduled for August 16 at 10:00am in Montgomery, AL in the Judicial Building.The CP is coordinating members from surrounding states to attend this important rally. This rally is in support of Judge Roy Moore, the "10 Commandments Judge," and in support of keeping the beautiful display of GOD'S LAW forever present in the Judicial building. My comment is that I believe this rally could very well be a defining moment in the future of this country. I pray the people of Alabama will take a strong stand in support of the Commandments and Judge Moore. I would like to see 10s of thousands of people attend this rally. I pray Judge Moore wins his appeal to the US Supreme Court and they rule in his favor. (but looking at the latest rulings from the Supremes, one has to wonder!) I appeal to the good people in AL and surrounding states to attend. LET'S SEE 100,000 at this most important rally!

What is the Governor of the state of Alabama saying?

Will he support the Federal Ruling, or defend his own state constitution which states that Alabama state law is based on God's law?

This rally could be a defining moment in the future of Judge Moore's political career - just the way he wanted.

As for his Supreme Court appeal, any idea why he didn't ask the District Court for a continued stay? The District Court was pretty clear that he'd get it if he just asked. Even called him up to look into it. But he didn't ask. Of course, he wouldn't have the opportunity for a confrontation if the stay were continued.

I heard the Judge today on the Hannity radio show. I don't live anywhere around there, but I'll pray my heart out for this guy. He's not only a rightous man, but a true patriot.
The Constitution says Freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion.
(We've really got to get the socialists off the bench.)

God bless all of you. Symbolically, the ACLU wants to take down the Ten Commandments from our culture and replace them with...what? The mind of Man. And we know from history how well that typically works out.

Pope Leo XIII was just finishing Mass. As he turned to walk away from the
Tabernacle, he collapsed. Those present were afraid for his life, thinking he was
dead. When he came to, he shared what he had experienced in a vision. (This
event precursed by 33 years - to the day - the sun dancing in the heavens at Fatima.)

He heard noise in front of the Tabernacle . It was a confrontation between Jesus
and Satan. Satan told Jesus if given time and enough power, he would destroy
the Church. Jesus asked in return, 'How much time and how much power?'
Satan's reply was one century and more influence over those who would follow
him. The Holy Father said he heard Jesus say "So be it." And the 20th century
was given to Satan as a time of testing. The Holy Father was so shaken he began

put Satan under our feet, so far conquered that he may no longer be able to hold men in captivity

devil and Satan, do thou again make him captive in the abyss, that he may no longer seduce the

Pope Leo XIII had a vision from God when he collapsed at the altar during Mass. He afterwards
wrote the following prayer which is in the Raccolta of May 1934.

I got to spend four entire days with E.T Benson in Dallas in the 1980's as his personal enterage. He was a GREAT man, a GREAT patriot and a Godly man all wrapped in one down to earth package.

I wish to God we had 400 of him in congress...and an equal number in each and every administartion. He told me the following story from his own lips...

Having read several of his books, I asked him if it was true that our government was shot through with abject socialists and even marxists. (We know it is today...they are out of the closet completely).

He said that it was...and that in the 1950's while he was in government it was clear to him. He indicated that he was so concerned about it that he arranged to meet privately with Eisenhower wherein he told him of his understanding about several people directly in the Eisenhower administration who were marxistic and even communistic in their bearing and thinking.

I will never forget what Ezra Taft Benson said...he said that Eisenhower told him that...he, Eisenhower, knew it...but that there was nothing he could do about it. And that was in the 50's. If you want to read a great book, get,"The Teachings of Ezra Taft Benson", Published by Bookcraft, ISBN 0884946398, and read the parts about family, home and country. great stuff! Other stuff in there is more religious and Church related (which I also highly recomend), but the part about our nation, its underpinning, the economics, agriculture, etc. is outstanding and should be required reading for every teenager as far as I am concerned.

Esra Taft Benson was a great man and he took every opportunity to inform others of the circumstances infecting our institutions. Before he died, at his last public address at the General Conference of our Church, which he came to preside over at the President of the Church, he said the following...

"I testify that wickedness is rapidly expanding in every segment of our society. It is more highly organized, more cleverly disguised, and more powerfully promoted than ever before. Secret combinations lusting for power, gain and glory are flourishing. A secret combination that seeks to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations and countries is increasing its evil influence and control over America and the entire world.",/i> - October 1988"
