A Day in the Life of President Bush (photos): 7/29/03
YAHOO, WHITEHOUSE
Posted on 07/29/2003 5:57:14 PM PDT by MJY1288
Today, President Bush met with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon at the White House. They discussed Middle east Peace and the hurdles that are ahead. After they met they held a joint Press Conference where they answered a few questions from the ever faithful negative press.
President Bush also met with Saudi Officials at the White House who were requesting that the 28 pages of the 9/11 report that were classified and reported to be about Saudi Arabia's support of Terrorism and the terrorist who carried out the 9/11 attacks. The request was denied :-)

Well, it's been fun, but the kiddles need to be tucked in. Let's do this again tomorrow. (Well, maybe not ALL of us) ;^)

Is "something of substance" involve preaching to the choir? We learn more from our mistakes than our victories, more from our enemies than our friends.

There are many people that think you're a mind-numbed bushbot.
I don't think so.
To: ohioWfan
Sleep, my dear friend. It'll be one of God's way to refresh your soul.
We love you.
Oh.....if you've not gone yet....a goofy thing to think of as you're falling asleep. Gramps and I bought Brad walkie-talkies for his birthday and he and I just went for a long drive to see how far the range is. He had a BALL!
Sweet Dreams!

I can't believe after that insanity that JimRob has left him around to harrass us. I would think a suspension was warranted for such ugliness, at a minimum.
RWP, since we 'hear' you are now a Mod, about a great big ol' ZOT for this guy? I'd love to see it.

You are so sick. OWF's son is fighting for your life, and you have no right to talk that way about him.
To: Fred Mertz; Bob J; Jim Robinson
I was making a broad generalization about why people self-destruct on this site in reply to Bob's generalization about how good they all really are.
My comment was not specifically directed at you Fred, but you have to admit that not too many of your buddies who have self-destructed are actively working with the only party that can help them have a snowball's chance in hell of getting a conservative into office. They're all too busy with moaning and groaning about how awful things are and redefining "conservatism" to describe their little circle of cohorts while exclaiming wouldn't it be so much better if we could just have a real revolution to wake everyone up!
All the while, those who claim to have their eye on the ball don't. They're too busy dribbling back and forth to each other while the clock ticks down instead of working their way to the goal and taking that shot!
My way? My way is to use the most effective and efficient means possible to get the most conservative candidate into office. That's just my own personal opinion on how to win. Third party and revolution are not options.
(figure I better ping Jim so he can be ready for all the complaints because I expressed an opinion on FR.)

Maybe things are changing in the Middle East. This is the first time in recent memory that the Israeli Prime Minister has come to Washington and there hasn't been an incident of homicide bombing in Israel to derail the meeting with the President.

Mike, thanks for posting the dose tonight.
I stuck around and read all the posts, and we've got all these posts for what? It was a great bunch of pictures and a good quote.
I don't see why some think disruption is fun.
Ohio, prayers for Eric, every day.

What I've seen is Fred make a remark that he obviously didn't know would be extremely hurtful, and apologize for it, twice.
I know Fred is not enamored of Bush. Too many conservatives think short term and don't always look at the big picture. I know most of the personalities on this thread. I'm not defending what he has said or his position, only that at one time he was good soldier in a firefight and don't understand the tunrabout that can only result in exclusion and loss of effectiveness.
BTW - You may not agree with my definitions of what being a Christian means, but I do know one thing that I think all would agree with. It DOES mean being forgiving and not kicking a man when he is down.

***No, witnesses.***
Ah, you fell for my trap. And I've smoked you out. You're not man enough to do your job, grab your paycheck and head for home. You have to have witnesses for the post you wrote about Ohio's son. THAT should make you real, real proud, Fred. It's almost too bad it was deleted. You could have bragged all night to your witnesses about it.
