Just the same, Johnny wants us all to pay U.S. dollars to see him in the movies so he can continue to badmouth the country that allowed him to become an “artiste.”

If anyone dare criticize that pompous little twerp for badmouthing America, it is an “infringement” on his first amendment rights.

Evidently not to everyone judging by his defenders. He is indeed a talented actor. If all he said was "the "war" (I call it a "police action") was all about money, then it comes nowhere near what the dixie chumps, baldwin, sarandon et al.. have said, therefore, if all he said is as stated above, I don't find any reason to boycott his movies.

I have to agree with you. I have not seen him spew his diatribe on TV or participate in anti-war protests or write letters to Congress bashing Bush, or buy full page ads, as babs, susan, charlie etc felt compelled to do. When I see them in a movie or show, no matter what role they are playing, all I can see are mean spirited moral hating lefists, who are always thinking of ways to punish goodness and reward evil with our tax dollars.

I liked Jack Sparrow and felt only a Johnny Depp could have played the part. His lines were filled with double entendres, and will warrant seeing it at least twice.
