THE CANTEEN SPORTS CORNER SPECIAL
Do you love cars, motorcycles, and music? Today is your thread. We wanted to share with our troops a little reminder of home. As they are defending our freedom, we wanted to bring them some really cool choices for transportation. We've also asked some familiar names to share their favorite cars, motorcycles, and music. We'll share that with you a little further down. As usual, we provide links on the left and right hand side. The regular sports links are on the right. Click on the images and hyperlinks. A special thank you to MoJo's 8 year old son, Bobby. If you like the cars and motorcycles on this thread, you can thank him. He thought his mommy didn't have a clue and decided to help her out. Thank you, Bobby! (Be sure to check out his favorite car the Dodge Viper. It is the third picture at the top!!) |

Good morning, E.G.C. Today is supposed to bring "a shower or two" if it even develops. Our promised "sustained rain" seems to have vanished. *sigh* Hope Oklahoma is without heavy duty weather.

Good Morning, Ms. Feather!!
I am feeling so good today...if I felt any better I'd have to be two people just to hold it all!
What a thread MoJo and Bobby put up, isn't it great? I think your Limo is just the trick to get all the Canteeners out to the showrooms to pick up their new cars.
What do you think MoJo, shall we have a car run today?

Bless This House sung along with this morning, twice because I love this song for our troops USO Canteen, and A Prayer of Protection said for all who enter the USO Canteen Freeper Style, including our troops, our veterans, their families and our allies. Welcome to all who come to honor our troops and veterans, for whom this USO Canteen was created. |

Good morning, beach. Love that gorilla. He does such a sterling job of welcoming one and all. Our rain seems to have undeveloped. Maybe a little, maybe not.

Been busy on the computer today. Yep, it's hot. We did have a cold front move through but it didn't amount to very much.:-D

Good Morning Kathy. We got your "sign off" last night and appreciate your kind words. Especially coming from somebody that contributes as much as you do!
When does your "sustained period of rains" begin?
To: SouthernHawk; tomkow6
Exercise is cancelled for today! Let's go play with all our "toys" and listen to the great music! Now this sounds like an idea. Thanks, SH, and good morning to you. I'm glad your dream car was taken better care of than Tom's.
