(Lower Manhattan-AP, July 23, 2003) — Gunshots rang out Wednesday afternoon at City Hall, apparently coming from the second floor of the building in Lower Manhattan. The shots, fired shortly after 2 p.m., sent reporters in the press room diving for cover beneath their desks. It was unclear if anyone was injured when about a dozen shots rang out.
