The media is wondering how the hck anyone got a gun into city hall. Shooter dressed like a cop, had NYPD badge (forged, stolen or real) or could even be a cop.

Obviously a maroon was staffing the chckpoint. Why would the military be involved?
To: 1Old Pro
Obviously a maroon was staffing the chckpoint. Perhaps he tossed the gun onto the balcony at some point, and just walked in like a normal, unarmed guy....

Not a clue about Davis, Appy, not a clue. Given all the conflicting reports, he may not even be a victim.

He's a city councilman who
sued the police. Now, he is relying on them to get his assailant.

"The media is wondering how the hck anyone got a gun into city hall. Perhaps the metal detector was on the fritz."Guns? They told us to look for little old ladies in wheel chairs wearing shoe bombs. What new memo? Hey, WE didn't see any new memo!

DISCLAIMER: I'm guessing this is how the shooter got the gun inside City Hall. I'm not saying this is how it was done.
