Qusay's 14 year old son was with them- always travelled with him. Would HE have had a body double too?

You mean like those "mortar bombs" yesterday in Liberia?

I hope some "new" trooper tells me what a mortar "bomb" looks like. I guess I was in the Army before we had them. (We did have mortar rounds)

I had always wanted to be asoldier.
I was about 5 when I first burted it ouot.
I had tons of people try to dissuade me, even some supposed Christians who had served in the uniform themselves.
I was told every excuse in the book, and then some new ones, about how it was wrong to join the military.

I joined anyway.
Field Artillery.
I'm glad I served, but somehow feel 'envious' of my fellow soldiers who went over seas. Kinda like a hunting dog who never got to hunt.
*chuckle*

Your grandson's teachers are idiots, and they fear individuality now.
And try to quash creativeness.
It seems that everyone must now be 'one' with the 'collective', so to speak.

If we can just broadcast pictures of them dead all over the world

Closeups, why doesn't Al-Jeezra show those bodies? The "Arab Street" understands that message.

An entire thread could easily be devoted to chronicling the 'war correspondents' blunders and gaffes in attempting to report on military operations.

The good news just keeps on coming...

Crude falls to two-week low on latest Iraq news

SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Crude futures are trading at their lowest level in two
weeks on reports that two of Saddam Hussein's sons were killed in Iraq.

The news eases the uncertainty related to Iraqi oil production. August crude is trading
at $30.70 per barrel, down $1.08, and the September contract is logging a loss
of $1.01 to $29.82.

August unleaded gasoline are also lower by 3.78 cents at
89.4 cents a gallon. August heating oil is down 2.58 cents to 77 cents a gallon.

Natural gas is following suit, with the August contract down 20.2 cents at
$4.905 per million British thermal units.

With these people anything is possible.

One of SH's sons survived an assisination attempt a few years ago and had to walk with a cane. I would imagine the he had phsycial scars as well. Would those be difficult to fake?

Rush says Odai and Qusai have assumed room temperature.

In Iraq at the moment, that's hotter than body temperature.

Poor Uday is dead,
Poor Uday Hussein is dead;
He's layin' there so peaceful and so nice.

He looks like he's asleep,
But we know that he won't keep;
'cause it's Summer and we're runnin' outta ice.

That was Uday. Apparently the bomb removed his ability to rape, but not to torture.

Just one thread? Methinks an entire day's worth of threads are required to chronicle the media gaffes.

That is sad. As a teacher of Seniors, I have strongly encouraged several young men to go into the military. Mostly for discipline, college funds, etc., but also because some were "born for it." A teacher should never mold a child into something that they are not.

Channel flipping and saw another one on CNN with Blitzed taking the negative side in this.

Poor Libs and CNN/MSNBC Media types, we may have captured or killed some of the ENEMIES of the United States of America and they cannot even slightly tilt their lips upward.

Qusay's 14 year old son was with them

Was he the one in the home video firing an AK-47?
