Here I got someting they could use to protect their transformers

Use the SEL-387A Relay for protection, monitoring, and automation applications for important transformers, generators, and other power apparatus.

Thanks. I couldn't figure it out. I kept thinking MOAB like the bomb. I have never been to the park but I have heard it is beautiful.

I got REALLY funny looks with my MOAB sticker on my van, right after the info on that big boomer became public!
I just LOVE the Moab area, and I'm a Hoosier!
I was out there in April and I'll be going back again when it cools off a bit.
The Park has the most scenic campground I've ever seen.
You can SEE stuff right from your campsite, unlike the Grand Canyon where you just see trees!!

Interesting. In Buffalo today, a power transformer under our main federal building caught fire sometime in the afternoon. The building was evacuated, but I haven't heard any more news about the cause of the fire. This could simply be a function of this being the summer season, but it is most definitely not hot here (low 70s), so I can't imagine the transformer overheating.

Reading Jefferson's correspondence for July 17, 1803. He mentions the Louisiana cession to the US as coming to fruition...so I wouldn't bet this fire was an "accident".
Any "cells" in the area. Saddam tape a "signal"?? Who knows...
