Freeper Travis McGee, has finished his much anticipated novel, Enemies Foreign and Domestic, and it has been sent off to print. His web site indicates it will be shipping in 3-4 weeks.

My own review of the book, which I have been privileged to read in its entirety, is as follows...

Enemies Foreign & Domestic is as compelling a fictional novel about liberty and the 2nd amendment as you will ever read. It is packed with real life issues right off today's headlines and the political camps on both sides of the issue. It is also just a good, old-fasioned barnstorming novel that you can't put down. In his first at bat, Matthew Bracken has hit one out of the park.

Let's all congratulate Freeper Travis McGee on a job very well done...and consider getting one of his books. We have another Freeper Author in our midst and I am sure his novel is going to be picked up and taken nationally by someone. It's simply too good a read for it to be any other way, and it sends all the right messages.

Yep, she is sitting on my back porch reading a book and watching "Oinker" the squirrel battle the Blue Jays, Red Birds, Quails and others over the feeders.

She will pop a cap in a deserving ass with a long gun or pistol. I couldn't get her to fire El Roy's .50 the first time, maybe next time.

Well, let's just say that she is diminutive (@5'2") fair skinned, red-brown hair, gamine, fine-boned, well muscled, and has absurd curves for her size. She is a late-twenties mother of one, and has a body an 18-year-old cheerleader/gymnast would gladly die for.

She is also extremely nice, generous, friendly, tough, down-to-earth, intelligent, has a well developed and mildly sarcastic sense of humor, works very hard, and is clearly both a devoted mother and wife. Her kid is evidence of that, and the aforementioned husband is a supremely fortunate man - and knows it, which is rare indeed around here.

Oh, she also really knows her way around firearms.

I DO wish cloning (of both body and mind) were possible.
Ity isn't, though. Oh, well... She's a pleasure to know, none the less.
