A Brooklyn newlywed pleaded not guilty yesterday to fatally stabbing her hubby after he made a wisecrack about the size of her derriere.

Judy Castillo-Thomas, 27, who stood with her head hanging, entered her plea before Judge Matthew D'Emic in Brooklyn Supreme Court while Jason Thomas' family and friends packed the courtroom wearing T-shirts emblazoned with his photo.

During the heated exchange, Jason criticized the size of Judy's backside, saying it was too tiny, authorities said.

"I guess it's one of those things you say to hurt people," one law-enforcement source said. "The bigger, the better, apparently."

Great headline! At first glance I thought another crack cocaine story. Then I looked again: No, this is about some plumber who was offed by an unhappy client. Then, whoa, it has to be someone who's butt was too big...and finally, I thought, no, this must be something about a really bad case of gas.

But imagine my surprise when someone was upset about a butt-too-small comment. Them butts, they're hard to get just right.

This is an outrage. She kills and she goes to a battered woman class?

From doing cases in domestic violence court. There are women who know excactly which buttons to push. Police are told when called for a domestic case to take someone to jail. A dilema which is solved by simply takining the man to jail regardless of the stories.

Our courts have a quaint notion of women and men that belongs in 1900 not in the 21 century. Modern women abusers use the word, provocation, and when it comes to hitting use their size as a defense in court. The courts give women the ability to hit men with impunity because the second a man defends himself it is as if he threw the first punch.

In domestic violence court you are guilty until proven innocent. Judges first ask do you mind if there is a restraining order against you? you are not advised about what the implications are until AFTER you have plead. BTW women think they can just drop charges and "teach him a lesson", NOT true. Many a woman destroys a man's job and ruins a family on this wrong assumption.
