Gonna grill outside today?

Oh, yes.. I'm temporarily abandoning my hermits ways and
having 5 people over tonight for ribeyes and shrimp.. it's a law
here in Texas that you must have the two together, or so I'm told.
There is a huge to-do downtown with multiple fly-overs of historical
military aircraft and a big ol' fireworks display. I have the good
fortune to live less than a mile from where all this happens, so
my place tends to be a hot spot for such things. ;-)
