Bullcrap. He committed assault and battery. He should get a jail sentence commensurate with A&B.

Lindh is an evil traitor. For this he was sentenced to incarceration, and rightly so. He was not sentenced to regular beatings. We don't do that, here, and we shouldn't let violent thugs do it either. We, unlike Lindh's mohammedan buddies, aren't barbarians.
