But just look back a few months when the shuttle came down and which site scooped all the rest? FreeRepublic.
Where else can a guy with the unlikely name of "Gonzo" come down sick and have 1,000's of people praying for him and then come back on this fine Father's Day and wish us well?
This place is like a family, some you love, some you like and the rest you bury when the time comes.
I can remember sitting here at this same computer almost six years ago hitting the "refresh" button over and over again at 3:00A.M. hoping someone else was still online; now, when I turn it on at any time, I know if it is news and it may be important, I'll get the in-depth coverage here along with the links.
Those who left probably still sneak back, I know I would.
I pretty much stay unaware/unconcerned with the politics and "antis" and so forth.
I guess I'll have to get banned.
But then who'll make witty remarks about bad spelling and grammar? Isn't that worth something?

Mine was surgically removed...everytime I look in the mirror when brushing my teeth, I feel like a friggin' Martian or something.
Maybe I should just drop all of this weight of the world crap, just put it down and walk away. I'd probably be much happier.
Although I've tried that before as well, and haven't been able to do it. I WANNA BE CLUELESS AND UNINVOLVED DAMMIT!
