The current roadmap to peace is fatally flawed. it expects of the Israelis in confronting terrorism what we would not expect of or tolerate ourselves.
It is time to apply the same principles to the Palestinian terrorists that we have allpied to Al Quida, the Taliban and ti the Ba'athists.
The Palestinian people have until July 1st to turnover all terrorist organizers, participants and supporters to the IDF. This includes, but is not limited to, all mebers of Hamas, all members of the Islamic Jihad, all members of the PLO and all members of any other terrorist organizations as identifeid by the State of Israel who have taken credit for or otherwise been involved with terrorist attacks upon the nation of Israel.
THE GOLAN PLAN
A SUPERHIGHWAY TO PEACE
After July 1st, the following conditions will apply for each and every terror attack by Palestinains, Arabs, Islamics radicals upon the state of Israel:
- Each time there is a terror attack, the borders for the Palestinian territories within Israel, including Gaza, will be moved inward by one Kilometer. This will not be an occiupation by Israel, it will be an annexation.
- Each time there is a terror attack the IDF will prosecute the specific perpetrators and planners of that attack with extreme prejudice wherever they seek refuge. Anyone harboring or supporting those individuals or the organizations they come from will be treated the same as the terrorists.
- It will be the ultimate responsibility of the Palestinian people to halt the Palestinian terror attacks. The shrinking of their borders will cease when the terror attacks cease.
- Once the terror attacks have ceased for a minimum of twelve months and once the above mentioned terror organizations and their members have been turned over to the IDF, Israel will seriously negotiate the creation of a Palestinian state in the remaining lands with elected leaders who are not members or affiliated with any of the above mentioned organization.
- If the terror attacks do not cease, then when the Palestinain lands are reduced to strips five kilometers wide, the remaining Palestinians will be forcibly deported to any Arab nation that agrees to take them, or to the coast of Lebannon if none shall volunteer.
This plan gives such a solution a chance to develop by principally focusing on allowing any true peace loving, honorable Palestinians a chance to resolve things themselves before the movement of the borders begins...and a chance to resolve it themselves at any time thereafter.

As we discussed some time ago, this plan gives them a chance to do just that, and puts the owness on them to do so, where it belongs.
All 3 million plus? How do you plan on doing that?
It'd be tough, and hopefully it would not come to that. Hopefully the Palestinians would take care of the terrorists amongst them before it came to that. If not, then start chartering ships.
If not, Israel still has to resolve its security issue...and as the last years have shown, its a big one.

Guns. Lots of guns.
But as another poster indicated, we had lots of guns and they complied, not always without resistance. But we forced them to because they were members of an enemy nation/culture who had lost a war against us.
If the Palestinians do not stop the violence against Israel emminating from among their own ranks, if they do not stop harboring them amongst them, ultimately they will be viewed and treated the same.
You sure you have that many?
As I wrote on a different thread a few days ago, the time is nearing for Israel to end the dangerous charade and begin the mass expulsion of Palestinians from all land west of the Jordan River. Every Israel concession has been met with Arab duplicity, slowly tightening the noose around the Jewish nation. All of the American-imposed "solutions" are doomed to failure, and there is no other viable option. The day is coming when Israel will have no choice but to ensure its own survival.
